    This is true. Our Aacharya (mentor) has taught us, yoga is not only poses/asanas. Nowadays people have made yoga as a money making tools.
    Glad to see, you're trying to discover the Science behind yoga. There is very few people like you, who is interested in knowing yoga deeply.

    I’m just now exploring pineal gland activation and yoga. I have a lot to learn. My question: if I do yoga at night, maybe an hour before prepping for bed, is it just as effective as doing it in the morning? I’m not much of a morning person. Thank you.

      It is different for each person. Doing yoga before bed can help you wind down and sleep better. Doing yoga in the morning can help you warm up and get focused for the day. I say to do what works for you! Before bed is a great time to practice :)
