Life is hard but there are many natural ways to ease anxiety and pain, like pranayama. Pranayama breathing techniques can help us access our nervous system in a way that we normally do not access it. Nose breathing and diaphragmatic breathing are beneficial yoga breathing exercises for anxiety. Incorporating pranayama for stress relief into your daily yoga or meditation practices can help melt away the stresses and pain of everyday life. Want to learn more about how to do pranayama? thank you-this is so important. It is something yoga teachers know but sometimes do not teach or practice themselves. The practice is not only great for anxiety and stress reduction: it is an essential way to keep your lungs strong when they are challenged by any type of respiratory illness. Right now the exercises are helping me because I have a rib injury and although it is painful to take a deep breath, I must still practice and maybe modify slightly but it is a way to prevent pneumonia which can happen when there is constriction of breath. So helpful!! . RN,PNP, RYT

Those are great ideas for videos. Thanks for the suggestions! For circulation issues, I would recommend legs up the wall, as long as it doesn't increase any pain. Check out this video: czcams.com/video/5ReQOrZla3A/video.html. Snoring can be a big health problem so I do suggest you talk to your doctor about it. However, the tips in this BREATHE BETTER video can help, as well as those Breathe Right nose strips. Hope that helps! More videos to come.
