    Dr. Paul Lam originally designed a similar routine for tai chi for arthritis and fall prevention programs. This is a shortened version of the research-backed tai chi for health programs, in which I am certified in. It is a great alternative to yoga for knee pain and a compliment to yin yoga.

      Thanks for your feedback :) This is something I am experimenting with so I will definitely take that into consideration. I am also playing with nature sounds in the background, which I find more relaxing. I'll be interested to hear if you like that in future videos ❤
