    I've been doing this workout 1-2 times a week for 6 months now and IT WORKS! I finally have slim thighs.

    Oh i did, feel it all over my legs and abs yaaas feel the burn and go go go darlin
    I will do this routine everyday + 10 min leggings workout inner and outer + 10min lower back workouts and update the results weekly thank you Anna dearly from France

    just found this workout and did it along with you guys for the first time...and WOW is all I can say!! I love how it made that inner thigh work as well as the core, which was a bonus! Will def save this one :)

    I do like this one because so far I think it's working! Well, I did it yesterday & my inner thighs felt a lil tender today, plus the moves are unique. My body was getting too used to the classic pelvic bridges, squats, etc. Thanks for this great video!(:

    *Hey Anna!! One question for you!!*
    I have heard people saying that 15-20 mins of intense cardio in the morning with empty stomach is as effective as 1 hour of intense cardio in the evening. Can u plz tell the reality behind this theory?? Plz reply fast. Thank u ! Love from India 💕💕

    love itttt man 7 minutes but the burn os there definitely. . guys make sure to tight the thighs to feel the burn

    I’ll be doing a update everyday for a while and I’ll tell you how it went
    -
    Day 1: my stomach felt like it was tangled up but my thighs felt fine.

      Day 4: lowkey losing hope but yeah I do this 2 times a day and I’ve changed my diet idk I don’t get the burning sense tbh and I lowkey did fracture my ankle so I can’t do everything to the max

    Well, since you ask :-D my idea is to bring Kristin BACK, for a slower, yet effective overall wellness pilates workout that includes her wonderful inner thigh targeting, arms, abs and stretch pilates exercises. No one gets the inner thigs like Kristin! Would love to see a total body exercise that does allow for us to breathe, connect and enjoy the challenge. :-D

      GodDamnDogs this is probably one of my favorite inner thigh workouts. I suggest doing this workout twice though every other day. This is what I have done, and have seen great results! Hope that helps! 😊

    I did this and I didn’t feel anything. I could feel a little on the top of my thighs. Maybe I’m just doing it wrong. I’m gonna try another to get more of a burn in my thighs

    Weird I didn't feel anything 8n my inner thighs
    In fact, I NEVER feel my thighs being sore when I try to work it out
