Hi Kristin. I'm a full left leg amputee and have been using your routines for about 15 years...(when I bought your dvd with the purple cover)...this video is like a mini version and is great for me! I love the way you teach. Thank you

I often do another 20 minute pilates workout when short on time, but I'm so glad I found this workout - it's definitely challenging and different than my regular pilates moves. Thanks so much for posting this.

This is great for a fast and effective workout for people experienced with Pilates. It is the perfect length to squeeze in to a busy day and yet fast enough that it is still challenging and hits all of the important moves.

I absolutely loved this one. Thank you very much for it. I didn't find the pace too quick. I used to do a lot of pilates when I was younger, and this brings me back to this wonderful sport.

I enjoyed the workout, thank you!
This is not a class for beginners though, as Kristin goes through lots of different pilates moves rather quickly, and you need to get your alignment right in order for it to be effective, so I would only recommend it if you've done a good amount of pilates before, in which case it is a perfect, short and challenging workout!

For those complaining that the pace is too fast and theres no break between postures, perhaps it's better to start with a more beginner's class. Once you know the postures its refreshing to be able to just do them without waiting for the instructor to get finish with all the blahs blahs before starting the next move!

This is a nice abbreviated version of her longer half-hour Pilates workout. I've been doing that longer workout for about a year and decided to try this one to see if it was different. It is excellent for core strengthening. I love the pace...no chit-chat, just get the workout done and get on with your day! Don't expect to be able to do everything at first unless you are pretty strong. I had to work up to it, but I got better each time. I do her pilates workout once or twice a week with HIIT workouts on other days.

Too fast, not for beginners, also no emphasis on breathing and spine control. More like shaping than pilates.. I did other exercise videos with this trainer and they much better. This block can go in the middle of the exercise for advanced people.
