I’ve been doing most of your pilates workouts for almost 2 months already and it’s really surprising to see how much they have shaped my body already. This was a nice addition I tried today in combo with 30’ for abs and some shorter thighs videos. I find the choice of music very good, it’s perfect not to have a voiceover as too many videos do, and your workouts are always thoughtfully and progressively built, and emphasise movement coordination. Had the flu all of last week and took a week off from working out (normally do 3 x 30min of your classes per week). This was the perfect class to get back into my workout routine, not to hard, relaxing but also made me work, sweat and more importantly smile and give me the energy I have been lacking.

Dear Eleni :) I have been working out from your clips some days a week and love your workout program very much. I have chronic pain in my knee so I have to avoid any clip that contains jumping, lunging, squatting and even kneeling. So I couldn't follow your Pilates program which is really a pity for me. Before the injury, I love Barre workouts so much and I see them in some of your programs but it is kinda 10-15 mins only. I would love to do a Barre workout for a full session like 50-60 mins. However, during this time I will repeat the program that I can do while I'm waiting for your new Barre workout. You have done really great work. The vibe and background music are really nice. Keep up your dedication and great work. Cheers!!!
