Four moves and eight minutes is all you need to complete this awesome ab workout! These four exercises can be done with modifications to make them as easy or as difficult as needed. Make sure to take time, and focus on form. These exercises aren't about how quick you do them, but how well you do them.
Do the four exercises listed below for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between. Then repeat the four exercises for round two.

I am noticing results.one of the standing abs workouts talks about switching exercises after noticing results.I like doing different abs exercises mostly standing and standing full body workout exercises with no dumbbells weights used for.now.I am trying to put on 15 pounds and flatten my stomach.I pretty much eat what I want.any suggestions would be appreciated.thank you

How long did it take you?
@@RespectMerv it'll take you 2 to 3 weeks with 10 minutes HIIT cardio to get the proper result. Also cut your sugar and cards completely because tummy is where that fat sticks at. Consistency is the key.

Tried this a while ago. I liked it cause it’s easy to execute and I can feel the burn in my tummy. My favorite is the rope climbing.

I use to be a fit PE teacher. Now, I am out of shape, older, and have hip and knee issues. I know what I need to do and how to do it, but I don't like the gym and had guilt that I got to this unhealthy place. So, today I did this 8 min. workout and turned into a 16min. workout. It is time for me to stretch and strengthen to get my hips and knees to a place I can ride and run a bit. I like the trainer and what he says to the ladies who I once use to be like. Thank you. Sometimes it's the little moments that go a long way!
My husband said he didn't enjoy this workout because it was hard work. I am subscribed and will get him to do it again!

This exercises look easy when they’re doing it, but is hard. I have a 3 week goal in mind. I strongly believe is gonna work out, since I still have a strong metabolism; thank God for that. I’m a shy lady I probably won’t post pictures, but I’ll definitely will post comments of my progress. Thanks for the videos.
