One thing is bad for something and good for another. If you eliminate several foods for one problem and several more to prevent another problem, you’re not gonna be left to eat anything. I would just eliminate “bad” sugars and carbs.

I just recently realized that I have fibroids in the most weird ways and hence I am here researching on treatments. 1) stop consuming meat and high calorie food, obesity. Maintain balance diet, eat dry fruits.
2) reduce estrogen rich food like flax seeds, instead increase fiber from veggies and fruits.
3) reduce sugar.
4) drinking or smoking as it triggers inflammation, try green tea and yoga.
Already not eating anything mentioned never ate in life. As we r jains.

My mother is pure vegetarian, did a lot of physical activities. Ate healthy food But still got fibrosis.
Did she consume sugar- if so which kind? Did she smoke and/or drink? Some vegetarians consume sugar and drug substances. I know of a supposed vegetarian who was physically active as well and got fibroids but she was a drinker and still consumed GMO soy and it's by-products.
