    Can you do poses or stretching to do for soar ankle and foot arche pain caused by lack of movement throughout the day. Obvious help is to get moving I know this and have started but the pain was brought on suddenly and without any injury that could explain why so planter fasciitis I believe is cause so if you know any poses and yoga stretches to help reverse the discomfort would be so helpful. Hope this is something you would be interested in doing a short video on of course when you have time. Thank you either way for your time and I have been a fan for over 8yrs or so and without a doubt your one of the best all around instructors who loves what they do and its a perfect reflection of your true inner beauty when watching you. Wishing you continued success and hopefully you already know skies the limit for you if that's what your looking for. Either way I'm a fan for life and appreciate all you share it's truly such well informed information that can reach anyone who wants to learn more bout their body and how to be as healthy as you can possibly be.

    You can also elevate your bum by sliding a pillow or bolster underneath you. Takes a lot of the stress off the knee.

      Don't say that. *You have to try*.
      I broke my wrist years ago and after the successful surgery the professor (an older gentleman) told me I would never be able to grab and hold something in my hand again, never be able to turn the button on the oven or washing machine or even write on the computer again.
      And guess what❓
      *I can do EVERYTHING again* ‼️💪🏼
      IT WAS VERY VERY HARD - BUT IT WAS WORTH IT !!!
      I'm sure you can also achieve what the lady is doing in the above video. 👍🏼😁

    When you slide back is your shin now parallel to the top of the mat or are you allowing your front leg to bend a bit (to reduce stress on the knee)?

      Keeping your shin parallel is a better way to stretch in your hip, however you can lessen the pressure on your knee by controlling the height of your hips or how far off the ground you are. You can support your hips with yoga block or rolled up towel if you’re not ready to bring your hips all the way to the ground. Also flexing your foot helps to engage the muscles that help stabilize your knee.
