same with shutdown sound
yes also for Windows 10.
And 11
@@SarthakDoesMidisAndWindowsAndY isn't Windows 11 startup sound already enabled by default?
@@bagasangga Yes but you can enable the Windows Vista (or 7) startup sound in settings
I stil use Vista lol.
yo, it's vista
Nice one.
But I wonder why OS market didn't count u 😅
Do you use extended kernel?
I Use Windows 95
nreaking bews: vista uses vista 🤯
There are ways you can improve the boot time on Windows 10. Mostly involves disabling unnecessary functions, disabling unwanted startup programs, using special programs to disable telemetry processes and such, etc.
Love how you explain the internet as a younger person... I feel like Elrond in LOTR, I was there when you have to dial up through the phone, I was there when google was "new" lol. Great video. Still for me, being a little bit older have a fondness for 95 and 98... they were OS that forced you to learn in order to solve some problems lol
2000 was not the first to use NT. From 92 to 2002 there were 2 versions of windows: the consumer version(95, 98, ME, 3.1) were built on DOS and the business version (NT 3.1 to now) used the NT kernel
You are half-right windows 2000 was NOT the first to use the NT kernel but he said windows 2000 was the first commercially released OS with the NT kernel.
@@bruhuk_obama Win2K was not the first commercially released Windows with the NT kernel. WinXP was the first commercial OS with the NT kernel. WinME was the "home" equivalent of Win2K, which was the business version of Windows that year.
windows vista/7 gives me mad nostalgia, mostly because i was a toddler when vista came out, so i liked to play the games on them like chess and stuff. love your videos man, keep it up 👌
fun fact: each feature update of windows 10 counts as its own windows release. they just changed the version naming scheme, release schedule and settled down to one UI language, but that's about it. 2015 Windows 10 is a completely different OS than today's Windows 10.
Microsoft kind of changed back to the previous release model, which is a good thing. Metro and Windows 10 was getting stale and Microsoft realized this release model is dumb because they can't do innovation while also trying to keep windows the same forever lmao (it was also making things confusing and hard for developers (especially those poor Microsoft employees that needed to make a new release of Windows every 6 months whilst still releasing a stable product and still having to support each fearure update separately because it each had its own lifecycle) and remember users HATED feature updates and their OS changing unexpectedly without their consent)
though they're still giving feature updates anyways, but i guess fixing some of the release's flaws post launch is also a good thing i guess (though maybe it should be called 11.1 or something)
No, becouse its still Windows 10, Windows 98 Second Edition isn't a new Windows release but its Windows 98
I mean even if it does count, it most certainly doesn't feel like it.
Some things in the Windows 11 Control Panel have been around since Windows 95. There are even a few old accessories still in Windows 11 from Windows 95
@makhritech you were incorrect about Windows NT. First you had Windows 1.0-3.1. Then you had Windows For Workgroups 3.1, which was Windows 3.1 but with LAN network support and a few business extras. Then Windows split into two product lines. Windows NT 3, for businesses, and Windows 95 for home users. Then you got NT 4 and 98. And then 2000 (business) and ME (home). NT and 2000 came in two editions, workstation and server. When XP launched, this was changed. XP was based on NT, and came in a home edition and a pro edition. And Windows Server 2003 was the server version of XP. This continues all the way to Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, And Windows Server 2022.
ALL VERISON
include service pack,second editon,XXh2.....
Advanced server also
and longhorn
Thank you for this video, you are the best youtuber.
Cool vid, but from Windows 98 downwards you should had used PCem or 86Box (dunno if they have an ARM version) and From Windows 3.x downwards you should had used DosBox... That way you´ll have drivers and it would run way, way better! Those VM solutions are really crap for older systems! Also with Windows 2.0 and 1.0, you´ll probably run it from a 5 1/4 floppy which where from 780 kb to 360 kb, depending which disk drive you rocked.
Close to the thing that I wanted before. But it is a good video My favourite Windows OS is Windows 10. It has blootware, weird stuff. But it has got it's style and it is more stable than any other OS that exist. No questions please. I like it. Thanks for the video.

11 is good
7 is better
@@baldman621 **bad
7 is more stable and has its own style too which is better than 10's
Windows 8 and 10 do actually have boot sounds you just have to enable them in the sound settings i think and they're also the same as Windows 7/Vista
I believe those settings don’t actually function, and you need to do a registry tweak in order to get it to work. Could be wrong though.
@@showbizwisconsin8350 i turned them on so they work fine (at least on win 10)

7:15 he was thinking it would be the classic windows 98 startup but in reality it was the welcome music of 98 lol
Finally! Someone who agrees with me on Windows XP and 7 being better who complains about Windows 10 and 11. Dont use any windows newer than 7 today . And Microsoft is lying about the updates protecting your computer they harm it. I sell computers shipped with 2000, XP , Vista and 7 nothing else because 10 and 11 still get those updates . maybe in 2025 I’ll start shipping 10?
the average windows 7 lover:
Mm, Windows 7 is the best, but I still disagree with you.
I Just Love Windows 8.1's UI And Start
Windows 10 is a blessing
Windows 10 has became so customizable you can literally turn it into Windows 8.1, 7 or even XP and, 2000. You just need some themeing programs, Windhawk mods, 3rd Party customization tools, Winaero Tweaker and you're done
This video made me realise how far Windows and technology has come ngl 😊
If you’re using windows on Utm, under cpu settings select force multi ore for faster performance

As a kid that grew up with WIndows Vista, I have to say, I love the skeuomorphism and the vibe. I hate how it absolutely cooked up the laptops battery that we had it on.
The worst part was how computers became unusable after upgrading to windows 7. Said computers were not made for it too.

funfact:on windows 11 to move the taskbar to the left right click on the taskbar on an empty spot and click"taskbar settings" and click taskbar behavior.then you can switch it from the middle to the left

Hey man fun fact I subbed. Plus I had the Windows 7 Laptop but it was broken. John 3:16-21
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Mark 1.15
15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Hebrews 11:6
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
