      Calorie burn varies for everyone based on factors like age, gender, height, weight and intensity. While I burned a little under 400 calories, your results may differ. Don't forget that the after burn of HIIT workouts has an effect too and will increase your calorie burn even after you've finished the workout. 💪🔥

    Usually love your workouts but this one felt too repetitive and wasn't nearly as fun as your other 20 minute videos! Big love though

    This was a pretty ineffective workout. Lots of exercises that did very little to work muscles or bring up my heart rate.
