    Great video. I have a gx390 on my flatbed that I never use. Might be an interesting way to breathe new life into that small machine.

    You want a downstreaming beast upgrade your injector to an Allison Super Suds Sucker. I get between 25%-33% draw depending on which tip I use.

    Thanks for uploading, i'll be upgrading my 420 + 4gpm direct drive with this same pump but will probably go gear drive.

      Gear drive is so much smoother. I may end up converting this machine to a gear drive if we use it a lot. Thanks

    I’m assuming you got the bypass situation right. If not, you might toy around with a different size ID hose. Great video.

    What psi are you getting in that pump, I was going to buy it with the gearbox for my gx390

    How did you find out your engine Rpm ? I've been wanting to do this , what kinda pressure you getting? 2800psi? Or less?? Did you have to change pulleys or bushings?

      I built this machine knowing if would not produce a lot of pressure. I think I am getting around 1500 PSI and I used the same bushings and pulley. I built this machine strictly to wash houses. Thanks

    Hey sir! I am currently on the fence with upgrading my gx390 to this setup with gear reduction and direct drive - I was looking to see if you have an update to how this setup ran. I would look to only use this for down streaming and rinsing applications. Thank you for the great content! #onspotpowerwashing

      It worked great for downstreaming. I would recommend a Flo Pro for rinsing if you plan to use a remote box. Thanks

    Why have about 5% bypass on trigger? Just a better safe than sorry thing? Or is that all all unloaders should be set?

      The 5% was per the manufactures manual. I also heard that is the rule of thumb. Thanks

      I replaced it with the AR45 g roof pump. Needed to get a stronger mix. It was a beast and plan to do something with it at some point. Thanks

      Yes you can. I have a 5.5 gpm comet on a predator 420 and it works great! I've had this setup for 3 yrs now and pull from a buffer tank.

      @@577buttfan showed me nothing. I had to stop watching and search another video. I can appreciate the effort, ,but have we fotten so soft that we can't take honest criticism? Does everyone need to be handled with kid gloves? I have always looked at criticism as an opprtunity to learn my mistakes, change and get better. I promise you that when people politely keep their critiques to themselves they are hurting the object of their kindness, not helping. I'll bet you would just let someone walk around with a booger in their nose.
