In Spain we have that love for toasted rice too, we call it socarrat and it's the best part of rice dishes like paella
Oh, I love this channel. In Japan, we just adjusted our meals to what was in the market and added rice. It was not difficult as a vegan to live in a rural area.

The egg roll in a bowl looks like the vegan version of a Filipino dish called pancit bihon! It uses similar veggies and sauce

I have been so interested, inspired and excited to cook Vegan Asian recipes that are authentic. I have been to Hmart twice to get ingredients but get overwhelmed and worried products aren't vegan.
By any chance, would you please make a Vegan asian grocery video, what products are best, what to look out for that isnt vegan, etc?
