The Grind Pays Off - First 2019 Steelhead!

- 6 or 7 trips into the year, I finally felt the tug, and hooked into a half decent native steelhead. My first native, and my first fish on a bead as well - always great to get on the water, get on some fish, and improve on newer techniques!

I was about to reply to your other comment and say that I moved up a week later and got the payoff lol TBH we were fishing the holes we were in the previous vids just due to some time constraints and wanting to see what the water looked like. We didn't pick productive spots at all.
