Oh dude that lake looks juicy!!
I'm glad you got the epic kid on video
Nice man, looking forward to the next one 🙂
You should have borrowed my pontoon for that day you hit like 4 lakes
I wish I'd known that was an option sooner lol
Not sure exactly where you were, but you know where I was over the weekend, and the water temps there were over 70 last weekend, and then plummeted to below 60. This had the fish really shut down. If those ponds you were on were shallow, like my lake, the overnight lows may have been what put your fish on lock-down.
That was the discussion a few of us were having up here. It is what it is - the overnight lows were way down and the fish definitely had lockjaw, everyone I talked to said the bite died off and/or they stopped hitting moving baits.
I live near that first "spot" aka silver. that lake is super tuff to produce bites. The only thing that I know works are sinkos and micro crank baits/ brown trout rapalas. If you go back I wish You good luck.
also, that pond on blackmans is really good with a fly rod. I am on fishbrain if you want to see, @Reap_bassin_
@@reap_bassin2553 Awesome man that's great to hear - they were gorgeous lakes I'd love to boat in again. Maybe kayak either of them. I might make a trip up on vacation one of these days with my little raft.
What part of oregon you from? Ever down to go fishing with a subsriber?
PDX area. Yes and no, I am barely finding time to fish at all lately!
You're really bad at fishing. I'm a fish and you haven't caught me yet
bae u kno i already caught u
