OMG I have always thought that I look so young (as told to me by everyone and my doctors) because I am a native American. But you have me thinking. I always eat the skin on chickens, I love eggs eat them all the time. I love fish w/skin but most of all I LOVR sardines I eat them by the can. I buy 10 cans at a time and eat them, with my dogs, they love them too. Here I am thinking I am terrible because I love my bacon and eggs and skin on all my animal foods. I am 74 and I do not have any wrinkles under my chin and on my face. They say I look 60. I love this video. Thank you

Me too, I am 52 years old male Sri Lankan and even doctors guess me most at 40-42, despite being an Arthritic patient for past 7 years and totally ruined my joints and musculature, I still have great, black hair and good skin. My face is not wrinkled and not sagging too.
I prefer small fish to big fish and mostly eat them whole. I like fish head and fish head soup too. I am not a big meat or egg eater, but eat fish, especially. small bony ones and collage-rich parts.

I began Keto to get off Prednisone for an autoimmune disease (PMR) and did it in 3 months. That was 2 1/2 years ago, no symptoms or flares. I began eating a tin of sardines (with skin and bones) everyday to get off methotrexate for my RA, and then followed up 6 months later with a change to carnivore. 30 days of carnivore and I was off 12.5mg of methotrexate in 2 weeks. That was over a year ago, next to no symptoms or flares since. I was diagnosed with RA in my 40's, now 67 years old. I had crackling knees and cramping hands, all gone now. I have healthier skin in now than I did in my 20's. If I was shirtless in the sun for more than about 20 minutes my skin would turn red and 2 days later peel and I'd be white again, I could not tan, not that I was looking for a tan, I just work outside and feel better without a shirt. These last couple of weeks I've been working on a project outside without a shirt, and within a week I'm now brown and no peeling or pain. Sardines are my super food.

He looks like he's in his 60th year, and people are surprised when he tells them his age. I am 57 and people think I'm in my early 40's. My daughter is 28 and people think we are sisters, not mother & daughter.
I love Keto, all of my inflammation just disappeared. No more joint pain or uncomfortable swelling.

I recommend asking your butcher for the pieces of tendon, cartiledge etc. that he cuts away. Cook them with your bone broth, tthen blend them with a little broth. Pour into a baking dish and allow to gel in the fridge. Cut into cubes and freeze. Add 1 or 2 cubes to many dishes to boost your collagen and add flavor.

You know who else ate lots of high protein, high fat, animal foods and virtually no grains? Marilyn Monroe. She ate a very simple diet that was clearly geared towards keeping her skin and figure gorgeous. Raw eggs, milk, steak, lamb chops, some liver, and lots of raw carrots. She indulged in a hot fudge sundae now and then, but said she could get away with it since her habitual diet was almost entirely high protein foods. I can't figure out if she was ahead of her time, or if we've all been brainwashed by food lobbies and advertising into forgetting what works.

A good way to eat sardines if you're not a fan of them by themselves...
After draining them, flake the sardines with your hands into a mixing bowl, dice up and add an avocado (half or whole, to your liking), add cracked black pepper and salt to taste, freshly squeeze in some lemon juice (half or whole, to your liking), and drizzle in a bit of extra virgin olive oil.

XDmDX, hello, I went to your channel and subscribed, I don't know if we're supposed to do that, but I thought- "What the heck!?" I saw your post on Dr. Berry's video on carnivore diet, it's the one where you told us about the pigs feet recipe in detail! But I was hoping you might see my post - I'm going to go get the ingredients for your recipe! But, what I was needing to know is do we eat the the actual pig feet or just the strained broth? And, can I add pig ears, chicken feet, and how about hearts? I will be SO HAPPY TO hear back from you, I hope you don't mind, but that recipe sounds delicious!!Thank you, Katy 🐖😁

Am a researching beginner here and so grateful for the clarity, am lucky in that I love all these foods and already eat them but the concentration of all these gorgeous ingredients sounds like heaven to me, I wonder if anyone still eats tripe and if it’s suitable on carnivore? Stomach for the stomach has worked for me in salving digestion and tummy issues…our Grannies were right about so much 💚💚💚

I was on holiday inPortugal and they have sardines pate there, which is delicious! Its 40 percent sardines and tomato puree mixed and I love it. Does that also help, I think so..I mean I understand that the original version sardine is the best, but this will also help I think! I was there and I ate fish and poultry everyday and had a some direct sun too ( 15 min a day) and I notice quite a difference in my face!! I felt the need for proteins! At homeI eat mainly soya and plant based stuff but now I learned about Carnivore diet! Thanks for all this great info Ken!

Easiest way to get as much of the membrane out of the shell is by peeling it prior to cooking. I’ve personally never been successful with saving the membrane from a boiled egg. I always peel it out and add it to the pan when I fry, scramble or poach eggs

You didn’t mention aspic, that gelatinous goop that forms after chilling roasted bird or fish. Collagen is part of what makes it gelatinous. I devoured that stuff as a kid after the chicken got cold, I liked the aspic as much or better than the chicken. My mother was never happy about that, she was always trying to save it for making stock 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

Growing up in France I ate tons of aspic /gelé as it is part of the traditional diet, and could be bought in any "charcuterie".Maybe that is why people usually assume I am younger than my age :p
I live in a country where food is more industrialised (Denmark) and I miss the delicious traditional French foods , since discovering the carnivore diet, I also found out it is actually healtier!

On one of his wife's videos she mentions adding a supplement like Ox Bile when you are first going Keto or carnivore (and whatever in between). Added these capsules at the beginning of your meal can help you process things better untill your body can do it for yourself. I personally added these at the beginning of a heavy or fatty meals and it feels like it's helped alot. I like the ones with the gelatin capsules because that's more collagen boosting ingredients, that in my opinion, should only help my goals. Hope this helps. She does a very good job of showing what they eat in a day - neishalovesit - if you are interested in recipes or ideas about mixing things up

I just discovered that chicken wings make the best bone broth! Eat the delicious wings with your favorite sauce. Save the bones in a bag in the freezer and when you’re ready, simmer them with a bit of vinegar for a day. All the small bones and numerous joints in the wings makes for a thick broth that gels easily. Even from factory farmed chickens. (That’s what I can afford right now...it’s nice to know I’m still getting healthy collagen on a budget!)
