I had no symptoms, was physically examined and my early stage 1 was only diagnosed by my yearly mammogram. I only had 1 in my 50's and the second in my 60's and then I was diagnosed. A small .05 lump with clear markers and lymph nodes. I had a lumpectomy and radiation. I rejected the estrogen blocker and am doing it naturally instead. I go for my yearly check this July.

Don't eat too much fish. If you eat one can of tuna per day in one year you'll be so sick from mercury poisoning that you won't be able to get out of bed, believe me, I work in a mercury testing lab and see it all the time. Watch the TV series 'Alone'. Dont eat raw meat or drink water thats not boiled, you'll eventually get something bad like a tapeworm. I've known guys that get wiped out from a tapeworm burroughing through their brain with no way to stop it. For vitamin C you need some kind of supplement. When Europeans came west they learned from the Indians to boil pine needles and to drink the extracted vitamin C because they were all getting sick from scurvy. Be very careful with this diet. I suggest a daily vitamin supplement. Also, what was the supplement they added to bread flour because everyone was deficient in the early days????

OK, I’m gonna keep this nice. All I have to say is food is based on moderation. You should not be living to eat. You should be eating only to live. Secondly, plants are good for everybody. You need to cook them certain ones in order to absorb the nutrients that are needed, some of them you’re supposed to destroy the nutrients with meats you should always have cooked meat meat. You should definitely always cook bio or your gut biodome or whatever you wanna call it. You know all the bacteria that breaks down your food is a heavy component when it comes to getting the nutrients out of your food if you have, a not so diverse ecosystem you are not going to get the nutrients out of plants or meat or anything if you were predominantly a eater then your gut bio or your biodome or whatever you call it your body will be so more geared to breaking down and getting what you need out of meat as opposed to vegetables, same thing for your vegan vegetarian Body will be more more prone to be able to receive nutrients that it needs from vegetables less nutrients from me your bio is big big issue when it comes to you getting your nutrients as I tell everybody stop going to these extreme distances on side nature has provided all we need. God has provided all we need, all you need to do eat all you need to do is eat to continue living and not live to eat which means do not allow yourself to go into these places where you allow yourself to eat as much as you want. You should not be bloated when you get done eating, you should not be so full or satiated that you cannot breathe or you cannot work or that you feel like you need a nap and start eating more natural foods. Please get away from the process stuff. I understand some of us have jobs where we have to eat certain things I get it I even have TV dinners and stuff. I’ll try to pick the least amount of crap in them as I can And other than that basically I’m nuts here and there seeds here and there little bit of meat here and there, vegetables here and there fruits things that you would normally find if you were out foraging like we would’ve been doing years ago before we became so civilized another thing if you cook stuff certain things are no good after a certain amount of time they’re not good for your gut. They’re not good for your body so do more research do diligent research and when I say research I don’t mean looking on CZcams and find these people that make videos and they tell you what their best thing is or what they believe is the best, learn for yourself actually dig and find out what some of these people who have been surviving for thousand years who are still tribes who don’t have high blood pressure they don’t have cancer they don’t really suffer from the diseases that come from the modernization of agriculture and food

I've always been over weight, it wasn't a big amount at first and when I joined the Army at 17 I got more fit and lost the excess. That was simply because I exercised it off. The food portions were also never large enough to create excess poundage. I have fought the battle of the bulge for over 50 years and mostly ended up losing to the bulge. I will be 70 in about 2 months. I have constantly experimented with different diets and I can testify that the only diet I have ever had any success with is a low carb diet period. I was still in the service when I got hold of the original Atkins diet book. It worked and I slimmed down but I was also running miles and miles. Eventually I got really bored eating the same stuff over and over. That has always been my downfall. In the Army I was eating cheeseburgers without bread, omelets for breakfast and more cheeseburgers and dill pickles and occasional cottage cheese. I lived that way for a year. I was in top shape by the time I returned to the US and got out of the Army. At that point I disintegrated when my mom started feeding me the same diet that originally made me fat. Bread has always been my nemesis; I grew up eating sandwiches nearly all the time. At present I am in bad shape dealing with lymphedema along with crippling arthritis, multiple back surgeries and the blubber has crept back till I am mostly crippled by my weight. I diet and have probably lost a gazillion pounds over the years. I have never been able to create a lifestyle that was tolerable for the long term. I have no energy at all and now I'm constantly going to the bathroom night and day about every hour on the hour. It totally makes getting any good sleep out of the question. I am chronically tired and enervated with no energy. A part of my problem is that my family is Ok with being fat. My wife is constantly dragging in foods that are carb loaded and she's paying the price for it with an ever expanding ass. She weighed 118 when we got married but now tops the scales at 220. My major problem is boredom I've been disability retired for 22 years. I don't have a future at my age and I suppose that I am giving up. I've written about a dozen books and I've pretty much seen the entire internet. I am somewhat very high functioning autistic and I'm ate up with ADD. When I was taking Adderall my life was much better, I got a lot of things done and I felt pretty good and was exercising religiously it also moderately decreased my food intake. Then the VA changed my doctor for the 10th time and that so called doctor removed the Adderall because he didn't believe in that sort of stuff. I've been going downhill ever since. With what I've seen I have very little respect for the medical profession because the people I've had to deal with are basically just pharmaceutical sales technicians. They are not really interested in curing anything or helping me become healthier. They seem to want people to be fat, chronically ill and borderline psychotic so they can push ever more pills. Last year I'd had enough and I stopped all but one medication and I did feel better. I'm still fighting to live.

I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer (Invasive Ductile Carcinoma - estrogen positive) in 2011 at 50 years old. It was caught in my annual mammogram. I am small breasted and even knowing where the "lump" was (left side of my left breast), it was impossible to palpate. At that time, I was taking estrogen because I'd had my ovaries removed in 2005 because my maternal grandmother had ovarian cancer. For many years, I thought taking the hormones probably caused it and I was fine with the "trade off" of breast cancer (v ovarian cancer). We did a lumpectomy, 6 weeks of radiation, and I was on Arimidex (sp?) for about 7 years to block/inhibit estrogen. In 2015, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkins Lymphoma and underwent 6 months of chemo at age 55. When COVID hit in 2020, I was worried about being 60 years old, my cancer history and compromised immune health, being about 50 pounds overweight and I had a father who was T2 diabetic. I started listening to health videos almost non-stop...and started taking Vitamin D3, and a bunch of other immune supporting supplements. When my family got COVID in December, 2020, I had barely 3 days of a sore throat and sniffle while they were sick for a week. In 2021, I started doing low-carb/keto and dropped 30 pounds. In listening to the myriad of health podcasts (including Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Robert Lustig, LowCarb Down Under, Jason Fung, etc.), and specifically, Andrew Huberman's episode on Alcohol, I truly believe now that my breast cancer (and perhaps Lymphoma) was likely the result of my regular/nightly alcohol intake and high-carb diet. Our food is truly either our medicine or it's our poison. In 2015, I wasn't sure I'd live to see 60. I'll be 64 in two months and I'm now thinking 100 is a good number to shoot for...or 115...God willing! I'm planning to hike to the top of Mt. St. Helens on my birthday! Our bodies are our "temporary" home, but just like the one you live in with walls and a roof, you have to maintain and "upgrade" it occasionally!! Eat well, exercise (MOVE!!!), get outside and soak in the real Vitamin D, and find enjoyment and purpose in this beautiful world we live in! Then true health will be not only ours but something to share with those we know and love!!

I am bipolar Type 1 and had my first big manic psychosis back when I was 17... Today I'm 33 years old and have suffered 16 years of trying out various bipolar medications. Lithium worked the best for my mood BUT at a cost; taking it as the sole medication for ten years damaged my kidneys (1/3 kidney function lost) which then raised my blood pressure :(. Psych docs has said nothing about diet other than avoiding sodas or sugar in order to not gain weight (I already don't drink sodas and eat very little candy per year so not really a problem for me) but finding all this stuff about keto and carnivore blows my mind. For one, I hate having to take blood pressure medication (Amlodipine) when I'm just in my early 30s :(. Even worse, right now I'm put on another awful medication called Quetiapine/Seroquel to treat recent depression which, paradoxically, has given me anhedonia (I no longer feel pleasure/joy or emotional highs). I'm tapering off this awful psych med desperate to have my emotions come back , trying to find new things which might work... This channel is a lifesaver with all its info and many good testimonials in the comments! I'll try either keto or eliminating excess carbs going more carnivore to see what helps... Edit: My bipolar episodes get VERY severe during the manias with psychotic features (hallucinations and religious delusions) so I do everything I can to remain stable in mood.

I had a lump in my left breast since I was a baby.... when I was older my mother said that I had an abcess in my breast shortly after birth and that the doctor used a syringe to pump out the pus. So I figured out that it was scar tissues. In my 40's my doctor insisted for a biopsy, even I explained to her that the lump had not change over the years....well I was right, they found only a small cist. What upset me is that the biopsy was made under total anesthesia when it could have been done with a local one.... I think the surgeon was quite disappointed when she annonced to me that it was not cancer and I just said "I know, I had that lump since I was a baby". I'm 74 and I don't want to have mammograms anymore.... I used to have fibrocystic breast and that was a painful exam but after being keto/ketovore, no more fibrocystic breast!

Iodine sufficiency is very very importante to prevent breast cancer. Also breast painting with iodine (a carrier oil like jojoba with a few drops of Lugol's Iodine) apply to your breast is a very good way to deliver iodine to the breast tissue on a regular basis.

I had one mammogram at 40 and never again. Smashing your breast like that makes no sense. I am now 66 and I get breast thermography annually. I don't want the radiation either. This is much better than mammogram in my opinion and the opinion of my doc. Look into it ladies.

My 26 year old cousin found a small lump that was painful. Saw the doc and he told her she was too young and cancer does not cause pain. For 2 years she kept pushing back and begging for a mammogram. If her doctor had ordered it, her insurance would have covered, but he would not order a diagnostic one. She finally found a doc that would order the tests. She was stage 4 by that time. I don't remember what kind. Six years of treatments, scans and living like some kind of zombie. Oh and her husband divorced her. She did find a new love, who was there for her during all of the worst of it. It was all for naught. She was dead at 32.
