How about a video on using natural herbs/spices combination that are effecting in reducing hypertension without having to resort to medications and/or supplements?
First, you need to know what is causing high blood pressure on your body; is it cholesterol? is it Calcium (in your arteries? is it stress? Low magnesium?...Even drinking lots of water can increase blood pressure. I had a test for electrolytes in blood for Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, etc.. and an additional test for Zinc. I did some research and I am taking Vit D3, Vit K2, Omega 3 and still taking a beta blocker in a very low dosage (under my Cardiologist supervision ) and my blood pressure is just normal or even a bit lower than normal.
Before taking Vit K2 my bones (feet and then hip) were sore now not any more, it looks like calcium is staying in the bones. I also do gardening 3 to 4 hours almost everyday, healthful diet, take the sun a few times a week, no alcohol, no smoking and no coffee ....yes I know boring :)

I hate when he claps his hands like that, there’s some thing frightening to me about that behavior. Additionally, it’s titled vegetarian sources for collagen and password for what he is saying is tracking about animal sources
So vegans are in a lot of trouble.
Yes, animal protein source is necessary in my opinion.
