    Loving these shorter workouts and no repeats but I do have to modify a bit for myself. My heart rate goes through the roof after about 3-5 exercises ( I am using pretty challenging weights for me), so I have to pause the video and have an extended rest of about 60-90 seconds before picking up again. Thank you for providing us with these free workouts.

    Great workout as always I appreciate your coaching. Curious when doing an exercise, say one left leg then a right leg why do you not do them one after the other? (you do a left leg then some other exercise then the right leg) Things I think about while working out !! LOL

      Haha , ah we all have many a thought when going through a workout! That’s simply just to mix it up occasionally! Sometimes I will do them alternately other times focus more on one side for more of a burnout

    great leg burn. used 15# throughout the workout. Was so glad that wall sits were early, but hated that pulse squats finished it out. That part really burned to complete but I made it. 1/20/22

    Great workout, but I must say I had to take an extra break to get the giggles out during the pilates side leg workout. Something about the rustling and crunching audio made staying focused really hard.
