  • Todays Zeus Fitness video is a brilliant 20 Min Dumbbell Leg Workout. Last time out we hit the upper body now it time to hit dumbbell leg workout you can do from home. The beauty again with this dumbbell workout is you won't need crazy heavy weight to get a killer workout in
    Or if you're more advanced and have the weights at your disposal , bump them up in weight for some of the exercises and go full beast mode
    We are going time based for each round , rather than rep based so you're looking to get in as many good quality reps in the time while maintaining good form throughout. If you're going heavier , you will likely get less reps in . Just make sure to keep that form good

      What if we do one side front/reverse lunges, then do stiff leg deadlift and then finish the other side of lunges? I’ve experience, for myself only, that going right into the other side leaves my legs too fatigued and my form starts to suffer

    this was such a great workout. Haven't felt that "jello leg" feeling in a while. That second round of wall sits was BRUTAL! Felt really really awesome after this one. Thanks!

    I got through 3/4 of this. I couldn't go further. I rested, came back, got through one more set. My legs are murdered Grant!

    loved this one so much i did it again today. absolutely loved it and that wobbly knee feeling afterwards is always a good sign of a nice leg workout. whoever "thumbs down" this one is crazy. this is an A+ workout.

    i have a love/hate relationship with this workout. absolutely hate it while i'm doing it but absolutely love how good of a burn it gives my legs. this is one of the best leg workouts you can do in 20 min!! 8/23

    i went hack to this one again for a tremendously good leg workout. Was super pleased with myself because I made it through all 4 rounds of single-leg deadlifts with only touching the ground 2 times, all while still using the 20 lb dbs. Can tell my stabilizing muscles are getting stronger 6/6

    That was awesome , had 2 do the second round of jump squats as normal squats, stupidly went for a 3 mile run before this, great workout though

    Once again what a legend, I will be doing this tonight. I did my back earlier and need time recover. The question I have ; is it ok to add more weight at the end and do some dumbbell squats with the dumbbells on your shoulder ? That is presuming I will have the energy left at that point.

    oh gosh this one destroyed my legs. not sure what weights i used the prior 2x i did this one, but today did 20s whole way through and my legs are insanely on fire!! love it 4/5

    Hi Zeus,
    I'm doing this and the similar repetitions 20 min Upper Body routine for some time and it feels SO GREAT!!!
    My question is, could you please advise on when it's best to rest?
    Maybe 1 day Upper, second day Lower and 1 day rest? Is that good?

      Good stuff. Yes an upper lower split is perfect. Look go be doing st least 5 days a week. Whether that's 5 in a row or a Wed off is really just down to yourself and your schedule 👍

    How many workouts per week does it take to get results?

      At least 5 days a week you want to be targeting. You could try upper body one day, followed by lower body the next then back to upper body or more individual body part workouts each day, plenty of options. Combined with a good, clean diet and you can get great results
