With this workout we will be completing it in a continuous circuit with no breaks. It is going to BURN!!!
I recommend going with light dumbbells for this one as with no breaks , strict controlled form and your upper body working non stop , you're going to burn out pretty quickly.
We will be hitting the biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest and back all in one circuit
Each body part will have 3 exercises, each exercise will be performed for 10 reps and 3 sets of each.
Will be simple enough explained as you follow along with me . So grab your dumbbells and a drink and lets get ready to ROCK!!!

Zeus, i am a competitive tennis player and this looks like Awsome upper body workout for building strength as well. One odd question. Would it be bad thing if i used 15 lbs dumbbell on my right arm and 10 lbs dumbbell on left arm ?? i am right handed tennis player with 1-handed backhand so i am more interested in building up the right arm more. Thank you

Wow. Right now I’m pretty young and am out of shape because of quarantine. I tried this and got tired after 3 minutes. It hurts but for some reason I still like it.

Amazing Michael, that's How its done. For anyone else that has said it's too tough or you can't keep up, this is exactly what I was saying.
If it's too hard or you can't yet keep up, that's a good thing. As it's now a target to aim for and Michael has showered exactly that.
Next target is now not only completing it consistently but then slowly adding a tiny bit of weight to make it even tougher 👍💪🙏

I'm 58 and my rugby days are long gone. I always trained heavy in the past, but your workout has proved to me that light weights get a lot heavier when you use them intensely. Great workout, and I will try a few more. I have to stick to upper body as my knee cartridge is shot to bits.

As a out of shape 305 lb man trying to change my life for the better and only have basic dumb bells at home this was fantastic and not easy. Its been since junior high that I worked out fully with weights so im not use to it but thank you for this video for I am trying to go on a diet and work my muscles to burn my fat off as best as I can. Im taking weekly photos of myself to give me motivation to keep trying and get a better healthy lifestyle.

Great workout! My husband and I just completed it and loved the burn! He used 10s and I used 5s. I'm curious why you do biceps so early in the workout, being a small muscle group? It was fine--just different than how I usually progress muscle to muscle and would love to learn more :)

Great workout. I did this on Saturday, a Sunday off and doing it today on Monday. This is so effective for me to add it to my badminton strength training regime, alternate day with my customised lower body workout.
