    Really appreciate the workout. Love the window that shows the next exercise and really like how you make recommendations for heavy, moderate, etc weight. It’s very helpful

    Another awesome workout! I'm glad to see improvement by doing your videos. I only have 5 lb dumbbells and I'll definitely need to add something heavier for certain exercises. Thanks for your videos! They have been great to do at home to restart my fitness journey this year.

    this workout def got progressively harder. i used 25# for 1st 5 exercises and 15# for the last 5 exercises for all 3 rounds. great sweat!! 1/4/22

      Awesome stuff. There are 4 a week so how you fit them into that week is really down to yourself and your schedule. Some may do Mon-Fri , others one every other day 👌
