    - Foam roll
    - Supine open book to 90/90 oblique lift
    - Hovering bear shoulder tap to cat cow
    - Alternating low to high horizon lunge
    - Toe stand to narrow squat to kneeling cactus prep to genie sit to top of foot stretch
