You’re material has improved more than my yoga but my movement practice altogether. It’s caused me to take a lot more into consideration with the placement of my body. I appreciate it. Keep up the good work!
Thank you. Another helpful tip is look slightly in front of your hands ( as seen in the video). If you at your hands you will throw yourself off balance. For me that was a game changer.
I honestly have an easier time having my legs up higher to start BECAUSE they slip. If they’re too low I don’t stand a chance staying in that position.
YES!!! I was able to hold this pose for 1 second, finally! 🕺 Baby steps! This clip helped me a TON! Thank you. See you tomorrow for day 6 of 30 day challenge.
I've been practicing crow for a few days now right after my home workout session. I can stay for like a second or two and then my head goes boom straight downward😂...which is why I keep a cushion in front of me. Will try to correct the hands' position now.
I really hurt my bicep muscle the other day when I did this pose (not for the first time)... I slipped out of it because my knees were too high on the backs of my arms. Thanks for this video! :D
You forgot the MOST IMPORTANT CUE. PEOPLE!!!! LOOK FORWARD! Not at the floor, not at your feet. Where your gaze (drishti) goes, so does your energy. A crow flies facing forward. The knees can actually help if they are higher up nearer to the armpits, but the most important thing here is the core and the medial line. You must engage the core tucking it all in and have the knees and chest pressing towards the medial line of your body. Pelvic floor is also engaged.
thanks for the instruction. Do you know how similar is this to the frog stand in calisthenics (maybe knee needs to be more close to arm?), i want to try this pose and progress into free stand.
I have had multiple back surgeries, fusions lots of hardware etc what is the best way for me to get to handstand ? I'm also still very flexible I have been since a child ....Love your way /channel ❤
Hello thank you for your question. For starters my first question would be do you have any limitations after having surgery? I wouldn't;t want to advise anything that isn't accessible for you and as I don't know your body/history I'm always careful to advise.
Just with lifting heavy weight and being careful ,however I've got most all flexibility back (very flexible) and range of motion and am back to lifting weights and started running again as well 🩷
My weak little arms still can't do it, but I will one day
❤ So do I 😅🎉❤🙏
Dis girl just woke up and decided to float..dam..

It’ll go away over time!
Exactly, this is bad advice.
Thank you for this!! 💗🙏🏼

Thank you so much 🙏
You forgot the most important part. Put a pillow in front just incase. I've had people hurt themselves trying. Safety first😊❤
It also helped me a lot, closing my lower legs closer to my butt.
Wow so helpful and so beautiful 🤗🤗🤗🤗😘

How are you activating your shoulders, upper back to avoid the pain in the neck+shoulder pain?
The knees are going to dig into the arms making it harder to do
❤ Thanks 🙏
Charlie how about tip for crane pose thank you.

Гарна Привіт Красива дівчина сипатична ❤❤❤❤❤
It hurts my arms where my knees are on my elbows. Maybe that will get better when I’m stronger and putting less pressure onto my elbows?
From my experience it got better with time and my arms became less sensitive.
