I actually really love these I’ve been doing kettlebell workouts in the morning to boost my metabsolism. Then I do CrossFit in the evenings

How about an explanation about WTF is going on.
It’s a great exercise for the glute medius of the standing leg providing stability and balance and muscular endurance and then the banded working leg is moving into resisted hip flexion, abduction, and extension, great for running prep!
