Im gonna do this for 50 days
Day 1: ✅ done but it was so hardd for the first time, paused 2/3 times, ohh i cant believe i did it, im really excited and proud of myself☺
After this workout i decided to do stretch exercise for 10mins i think it felt better after this.
Day 2: ✅ done a little bit easier than yesterday but it still difficult.

Day 4: ✅ done, it getting easier bcz i was pausing a lot but today i paused only 3times and its hurting less🤗 , but the last one still hard and the most challanging one for me.😩

long passage ahead, but just wished to share my thoughts!
firstly, to answer everyone's concerns: YES this video definitely works! i have been using this as my final workout video since around June-July of 2022. As the video targets toning down your muscles in the abdomen region, it might not show immediate results as each body is different and you might need to couple in additional cardio/ab exercise videos to truly lose weight and reduce your belly fat. however, i highly recommend this video, no matter how used to i got to the exercises from this video they never failed to give me a good burn!
Now onto my personal experience of my weight loss (and weight maintenance) journey..
i have been working out seriously since May 2022, and for the beginning month i started with 1-2 ab workout videos coupled with 1-2 cardio workouts to see faster results! by my 6 month of regular working out, i was pushing through around 4-5 ab exercise videos and 5-6 cardio workouts (i would change frequencies to my liking or time restraints as a full-time employee), so that resulted in me reducing my weight by 20kgs. [69kg (May 2022) -> 47.5kg (March 2023); 161cm / 5'3"]
However, i had to put my workouts on a halt from around March of this year because i was starting to lose too much weight and look unhealthy to the point every person i knew would comment on it so i focussed on getting healthcare checkups done (i had an appetite issue too due to sludge discovered in my gall bladder), eating even healthier than before, and reassuring my family that i would definitely get better.
Last week, i finally finished my medicine cycle and got an ultrasound done along with a full medical health checkup, and i was the healthiest and cleanest id ever been. no signs of sludge detected, my anaemia was at bay from a Level 4 haemoglobin to Level 11, everything was just good. it was my greatest achievement! now, ive again taken up exercising in moderation, focussing mostly on toning down my abdomen region :> i have no intentions of losing weight, but i wish to maintain this, and i believe this workout by emi is one of the best for this purpose for its slowburn. my weight has been a stable 49-50kg for the past 2 months now!

I rest a bit too much so I'm bringing back my old routine. When I was a teen, I did ab crunches in bed every single morning.
I only trust her workouts! The burn is so intense and clear, unlike some other workouts. She also motivates us during our hard times 😂
i first saw this video in 2019 and it changed my life. it was the first workout i willingly did, and i never looked back.
it's now 2022 and i'm tearing up as i do it again, thinking about how far i've come and how much this simple workout changed me for the better.
it's simple steps like these that will slowly allow you to realize that you are capable of so much more than you think or know. keep pushing even if you think can't anymore - it's all in the mind.

guys this workout is so effective and it works so well~ i lost 4-7 pounds but my weight keeps fluctuating bc of water weight but i definitely have abs now. i love this workout because its not too easy and its not too hard so i’m able to do this everyday. the soreness will definitely be there on the first few days but the pain motivates me!

I'm a 11 year old child and is actually quite proud of myself for actually doing this along with you. But after this, my left arm started shaking a little bc of the exercises . I think it is actually a good sign bc for the past years I've never worked out before (except for P.E , recess and lunch) I just lay on my bed and watch tiktok. So I think this is process. I had back surgery for scoliosis as a teen and I’m so glad she made this vid. The floor was too hard at first. Now I’m 2 years into daily workouts and I always come back to this one as a cool down🤗thank you emi! Much love girl❤️

I'll update everyday (annnnd i totally forgot to update)
Starting weight 60kg. Goal : 50kg
Day 1: Really exhausting, sweated like a big, abs felt like it was on fire
Day 2: Nothing really burned because I didn't manage to finish it or do it properly, but definitely out of shape. Did this at night and managed to do all of it, but the last one was hard
Day 3: Mostly the thighs area burned, but the belly area burned too, finally progress though with the burn?
Day 4: Somehow i noticed my legs getting a little slimmer
Day 5: Workout was alot easier, still a bit sore but much better than the third day. I've also noticed my stomach start to flatten a little, and I'm about 169cm (5ft6), and for my weight im really not 'fat' or anything, just want to get a nice body and lose that excess weight and meet my ideal weight. I lose weight easily and my stomach has some fat at the belly area, which i've noticed start to flatten a little, and i have noticed the line in the middle start to be a little more obvious.
Day 6: Lost some weight, and it didn't burn as much, though i did take a longer rest time than what she dud, about 20 seconds
Day 7: Did this workout 2 times because i felt so motivated hahahaha
Week 2: Barely did any exercises, though I did go to the gym for 50 minutes 2 times that week. Lost about 0.2 grams.
Week 3: Didn't have time, but i watched what i ate
Week 4;
Day 1: Started again, and it was tiring but the burn is so worth it. The burn was better than the first day
Day 2: Finished it properly, and my ab line that sort of was always there started becoming a little more obvious, and I'm less bloated
Day 3: My stomach burned, but still went through it, lost about 0.3 grams
Day 4: Workout started becoming easier again, and my stomach is flat and it feels a lot less bloated, can see more of the lining of the abs
Day 5: The line in the middle has becoming rather obvious
Day6: I noticed my thighs looked a lot slimmer than before when i was the same weight
Day 7: Feeling more energetic, and so i went to the gym instead of doing this workout
Week 5:
Day 1: Did this workout plus the gym before bed
Day 2: My ab lines were becoming a lot more obvious, and my waist got smaller, around 2.5 inches
Day 3: Just finished the workout
Current weight: 55kg

I have been doing this workout for 13 weeks now, together with Emi's plank workout. I couldn't get through the 3rd exercise the first time. Now I can do 3 sets in a roll. I have lost 15 kg over 13 weeks, of course with some diet and walking. Thanks Emi, this works!!! and is easy to follow.

My initial diet (first 10 days) was a little more extreme. I had only boiled eggs, soy-bean milk, plain tofu, boiled broccoli, non-dressing romanine lettace, vitamin supplements and more than 3L of water per day, used only salt and pepper to taste. I don't recommend for everyone.
After that, I tried intermitted fasting and diet similar to what people called the paleo diet except I still eat very little bit of carbohydrates. They worked fine for me, but if you prefer more veg. and less meat, that's fine too. I think cutting out refined carbohydrates (white rice and bread & sugars including all kinds of dessert and sugar containing dressings and drinks, note: plain fruits are ok) and minimize carb. consumption, maintain a caloric deficit, and having a determined mind IS THE KEY. I love what Emi says at the beginning of many of her videos: stay focused and think of what brings you here today and what you want to achieve. I substituted refined carbs with banana, boiled potato, boil sweet potato, and mixed whole-grain rice but they are the minimum part of my diet.
I also included two treat days a week, just like what Emi did in her other video. I use TREAT days but not CHEAT days because the purpose is to treat yourself and release some stress off your mind. It is not a ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT or EAT-TILL-YOU-ARE-HAPPY day. I typically pick 1 or 2 dishes that I crave d for during the week. For me, its Ramen. But as your diet evolves, and you found a diet style you can stick to, you won't need that treat day that often.
Cutting out carbohydrates and getting used to it is the most difficult at the start. But if you can get through the first 4~5 days, it will get easier.
Looking back, I think finding a meal plan that you can stick with, making it your new lifestyle, is more important than a quick solution. In that case, you won't rebound.
Also incorporate excercise as a new habbit is important. I was really fat at the beginning. I was afriad jogging would hurt my joints, so I found walking very effective, although it takes more time. It worked really well for me because you feel less hunger after compared to other exercises, and i can kill those time by listening to music or youtubes. I walked 1hour/day(approx.4km), then progressed to 10km(takes approx. 2 &1/4 hr), now I walk 7km(approx. 2hr) 3 times a week.
Of course, if i dont have time now, i will stick to Emi's short videos, one in the morning, one more at night.

okay so im gonna do this for 3 weeks i might forget to add the days but here ya go:
DAY 1: burned! still looked the same lolz
DAY 2: felt good I was really really sore but other than that no changes
DAY 3: legs still hurt! Getting more used to it but overall i feel great! no noticeable changes yet :( (doing it again after school)
DAY 4: havent done it in awhile I had to do school but getting back on the grind
I only did the first two and I'm already dying. I'm so unfit
I manage to do all but I didnt do it properly. I was also dying 😂. But if we do it everyday , I bet we can do better and achieve our goals. So let's not give up.

This is literally the best workout ever. I was looking for something that focuses on my lower abs, and is longer than just 5 minutes, but not too long like 20 minutes. And the fact that this can be done in bed just makes it perfect. ALSO I love how you included the streching part at the end. A lot of people (including me)often forget to strech after workouts and get sore muscles the next day. Overall this workout is truly amazing.

@@farahana1755 I do this once a day everyday, and always pair it with another different workout, because I want to focus on my belly being toned. So the other workout is usually arms (because I have noodle arms) or booty (because im flat af) Of course there are some days when I really REALLY dont feel like doing it, so I skip a day. But I always try my best do workout everyday. If u want to build muscle instead of losing weight like me, definetly consider drinking homemade milkshakes RIGHT AFTER working out. They are healthy, and help with building muscles. Plus they are tasty :). And look at your meal more often. Alway add some fruits, or vegetables next to your food, bc its healthy and makes your meal better.

If your legs are burning instead of your abs, it means your form is off and you're not actually putting the work in the abs! Suck your bellybutton in towards your spine when doing the exercises to engage your abs properly, and be mindful of which muscles you're using.

I had hip replacement surgery 3 months ago, I’ve been looking for workouts to help build muscle tone, strength, & get my body back in shape. Since my surgeon wouldn’t send me to a physical therapist, I’m forced to do it myself. Keep these workouts coming thank you for the motivation !

first( I did this workout with legs and arms 10 minutes workouts for each one with jump rope 30 minutes) Once a day every day
second ( in every meal eat until you feel that you are not hungry anymore, don't force your self to end the meal, just when you feel you are kind of full, stop eating and save the meal for another time)
