This house is a mix between a tiny house & a double wide cottage!! The manufacturer for this house is Oak Creek Homes. The model for this home is the "Falcon." This tiny home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 966 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I wanted to pair this with an updated book on local codes to start planning a post-retirement dream shop. I think I have just about everything I need between the two. The extra plans available for purchase towards the end are priced almost as much as full home plans, not little sheds however.

I really love this home. It's small but spacious at the same time. For people who complain about the master bath not having a tub ummmm there's a tub in the other bathroom, so if they really want to take a bath, they could use that one

For me personally I take baths way more than a shower. The purpose of a bathroom in the bedroom is not having to share the secondary bathroom or leave your bedroom to take a bath. I mainly like the separate shower/tub but if only one tub in the home I prefer it in the on-suite master bedroom.
Finding that place was a real "Chance" Encounter - ha! The home was very unusual. So much light coming in all those windows. That shower fixture in the master bath was crazy... I'd like to see how that works. Thanks for the tour!

A contractor friend who builds custom homes said more retired people are opting for two master suites so guests (usually visiting adult children) have the same level of privacy and luxury the resident has. He said he still encourages a full or half bath in a hallway. He also said many are oping for an office over a 3rd bedroom, but modified where the regular slider closet space is modified to be 1/2 as a computer desk area and the other half a one-door closet. Sleeping is accommodated via a Murphy bed. I asked how many square feet, minimum, that configuration would necessitate, overall (being budget conscious) he guesstimated it could all be done in as little as 1050 -1100 square feet. Seeing this, I now see how it COULD work in that space. Just sharing contemporary ideas I heard.

I believe the shower faucet needs to go on the opposite wall, or you will need to install a shower curtain. Everything else is perfect!

This is my house it was mine when I saw the porch and swing. I usually don't care for modern look but this one is nice. I love the size it's not too big and has just what I need. Yes I like the smaller and tiny homes. Looking forward to seeing more of them thanks for sharing Chance
Cute little home!!! Love that there’s a linen closet and that kitchen backsplash is very nice!! I think this would be a great home for a single person or couple. I think if someone had a large piece of land this would be a nice home for your parents or in laws.

Hi Chance!!! 🙂 I love this House!! It's perfect for 2 to 4 people. And the design of the outside and the inside is Awesome, like you said. Everything in it's place, we don't need a tub, and master bathroom shower is out of this world. Great design on the home! The SHUB in the second bathroom is nice too. Oh, my fav of all is the porch with swing ❤️ and shower 🚿.

Really love this home and appreciate you stopping by to show us. I could easily see this as a starter home for newlyweds or the perfect down-size for older, retired folks or even a single adult home. Not everyone needs or wants a huge home. The only negative I could see was the small master closet, but then if you are single or just a couple with no children, you could always use the guest bedroom closet. Love the colors and flooring. This was fun to see. Thanks!

Beautiful home. The long skinny window in the bedroom would be hard to cover but I could not sleep with it uncovered. Love the light in the home.
You can get custom made blinds for the skinny window or curtain.
Small rod with single panel curtain or drape
Nice smaller home for a retired couple with a small dog or cat, loving the porch area and those floors are a must... easy to keep clean!
Its so light and airy! I can totally see that built next to the ocean with a view of the sea.

Yes, the smaller homes are very interesting to watch. Those giant homes are really nice, but not practical for my family of two.

Wow, you hit a home run for me, it looks like a modern Cape Cod style exterior. I could take out the hot water heater, replace with on demand and put an upright freezer there, the coat closet can be that or a pantry. I do want a real full size tub and would put the beautiful shwoer in the first bathroom, then install the stand alone tub in place of that beautiful shower in the master. LOVE YOU CHANCE, SPOT ON. You are so cute, your momma is proud of you son.
Cute little palace there. Loved the high ceilings and no wire shelves!!! Loved the main bathroom's shower! Lots of natural light in that home. Great things can come in small packages for sure.

Perfect for a beach home or beach rental...no carpet. I would be on the porch most of the time...Love the upgrades in the closets. Outside of home is impressive.

Hey Chance, Nice to see you! I really like this home. The huge homes are fun to look at, but this one is more the size I'd need. I am confused about the shower. I think the shower head should be on the opposite wall. The way is is set up the floor would get very wet. Tiny homes are also fun to look at but also not what I am looking for. Why do you worry about how long the videos are? If it's a big house, it would take more time to show everything. I think you are doing a wonderful job! You always make me smile! Take Care, Jenn

Nice home I love the master bath. This channel has something for everyone everybody can't afford those huge luxurious homes or dont need the space this is a nice home thsnk u chance for the variety

What a nice little home for a single person like me! As usual I want a pantry but otherwise it's got what you need.
Add two feet to overall length and the master closet and laundry can both be enlarged to give needed storage.
I can tell that most people think this is a “mobile home@ but if you subscribe to Tiny House Nation, THIS is a tiny house. Signature counter tops and master shower fixtures give it away!! I love the bump outs, and those that might be interested, they have a Farm house with a built on porch, and a big loft for about $68,000. Thanks Chance!! You do great tours!!🤗
I love the changes they’ve made to this plan. The utility room door was moved to the hallway and a much needed pantry was added to the kitchen.
Would really like to see the bigger modular homes they have in Texas. Similar to the ones you toured in North Carolina.

I am a single person and this home is such a good size for me. Not huge but has 2 BR & 2 Bath which is what I would want. And that porch....love it! Hope you and the family are doing well and staying safe!

Absolutely LOVE the windows and the slender tall windows on the sides are awsome for a plant lover like me! And the master bedroom windows also. Love the doors they have a beautiful style. Nice home!

This is a great little vacation or retirement home! It’s laid out well and those windows are awesome. Wish it was a little bigger to fit another small bedroom. You can tell this a well built house.

OMG, oh my goodness, you had me at the porch, it had a porch swing, a porch swing! I love porch swings. This house is so adorable, I absolutely loved it. I like the big roomy houses, but I actually don't need a big one, this one would be my size. I am so glad you stopped and toured this one, thank you Chance.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this home!!!! It would be perfect for me and my daughter! She is disabled, so having hard flooring with no dividers would be perfect. I really like that it's a small home, but they didn't downgrade the details, with that gorgeous backsplash, wood shelves, and the pretty interior doors. I need to stop watching your channel though, because I live in SW Virginia and these are all homes I can't have! Lol. {I'll never stop watching}

You are correct it was beautiful tile and the best thing is it went all the way to the ceiling. That makes it look so much larger.

Hey Chance! Well my granddaughter really liked the swing on the porch, she kept yelling for me to “see!” She of course pushed the like button. She makes me wait to the end. When she sees you she keeps saying “Hey!” Really loud... I think she thinks you just can’t hear lol. Overall we like the house, just a little small for me. Stay safe from Zoeey and me too!😊
