I love this home. I love Oak Creek. Lived in one for a long time. Had a great fire place that served well. What I like about this one is that there is some separation of the kitchen and living room. I do not care for the wide opened floor plans where the fridge is part of the living area. There is one change I would make. The desk area, I would rather have as a closet. If I could have a home now, this one would be it. Love the porch.
A nice one Nate. Ceiling vents, wooden racks, water heater in the utility room, linen closets and semi separated spaces. Only a few minor changes. Turn the desk area into a coat closet. Remove all the tin. Turn the butlers pantry into a regular pantry. A sink in the utility room would be nice. Thanks.
Beautiful home I would add a pantry and get rid of that shower tower and put the works in that bathroom and a bench. In the kids bathroom I would put the works in there tub shower combo and of course my pot filler
Love the separate Butler's pantry and separate desk area. Especially like the master suite. Would rather have a tile back-splash then the shiplap. Nice home.
When it comes to the closets in the master and the kids bedroom I would of like it if they went the whole length of the wall in both rooms and divide the width in half so it was equal with between both rooms.
My advice to anyone looking to buy a Manufactured Home is to really do your research. This is a really beautiful Model. It was the first one I fell in love with. Now (years later) I know that this layout would never work for me. And you definitely want to see it in person before you buy. Manufactured Homes are kits designed and sold to building companies. And as true with anything you buy, some pay more attention to detail. As you saw the broken drawer in the Butler's Pantry here. Doesn't mean you will get one messed up like this, but it could be an indication of lousy craftsmanship. Many of these Building Companies hire Teenagers for Summer Employment, with no experience. And many companies use cheap materials to cut corners. Check your laminate counters carefully. Check everything carefully. And shop a lot!
Also don't forget that some people have no respect for the homes as they are not thiers and are rough with things. I agree do your homework but just because someting is broke it doesn't mean it broke easy. These are show models and I have been filming when people have come is with kids and they let the kid swing on a cabinet door.
@@dianealvarado6219 Check everything. Shower seals, Cabinet and Drawers, etc. Most importantly ask about repair policies. Most valuable- talk to someone who has purchased the home you are interested in- even if it's a shout out in the comments section of the model video you like.
There is nothing about this home that I would change. It has all my favorites. The kitchen is not staring you in the face. When you walk in, there is space in the laundry for a freezer, and it has linen closets in both bathrooms. All my favorites.
WOW 😮😮 I think this home is my favorite out of all the homes I’ve “toured” with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That island is gorgeous! I couldn’t believe the size of the master bath.
Beautiful Home with well thought out extra touches. Great tour I wouldn’t have known if you didn’t point them out. Great home & tour. Thanks Nate 🖐🏼Hello Raiden 😊
I would delete the desk area since this place has no coat closet and have that be a coat and storage closet, one for the vacuum etc .. and I might see if a deletion of one set of windows in the dining area could be done so I could have My hanging wall hutch mounted and would be good for some one who has a regular buffet floor China cabinet/hutch. Did the kitchen island have any power outlets on it? That is necessary to be a truly useful work space.
This layout is perfect for our property! It’s disappointing that no one in my part of the country (Montana) makes a model like this. It’s one of my ALL-TIME favorites!
I think KIT homes has a home like this. If not talk to not ssure how to spell his name but similar to Jock at Majestic Homes in Billings. I think they had a home like this by Shult homes. Not sure where you're at but I'm on the Polson area.
So since you didn't go into the master water closet and mentioned that the camera was distorting the door size I would like to know about the space inside the water closet it appeared that the toilet was shoved close to the far wall with possibly a large open space closer so not centered and wad there or wasn't there a cabinet above the back of toilet since again you didn't go in.?
It *is* a lovely home, and the porch is very nice.. but for my money, I would rather add on a deck than to give up square footage that could be put to better use as some more "inside"..
Not sure on that one, I haven't looked in that area yet. I have mostly been in the PNW and North Carolina and Texas so far. I plan to hit every state at some time though.
Nice home with a good layout. The smaller bedroom with the closet middle of the wall should be relocated to the otter wall to give more room inside. Then the master bedroom makes one large closet. The guest bathroom closets were too deep to add had pull out drawers or shelves.
Love the primary bedroom and bath, but need a real pantry and larger closets in the other bedrooms. Why don’t these builders put in a real linen closet instead of the narrow cabinets. They do not work for fluffy towels!
This looks nice but it needs some updating ,barn doors are out of style and not pretty ,and who wants corragated metal on the living room wall with those hinky looking lights that says "outdated trailer ",instead of so much porch a coat closet is needed ,and a pantry ,and no metal in the kitchen on the hood over the stove or anywhere else in the kitchen, bigger closets and a real linen closet. And a fireplace inthe living room, and a place for a china hutch in the dinning room,
The tin accent in the living room is hideous The shiplack there's just way too much of it it's okay as an accent but there's way too much of it which makes it look horrible. Instead of having so many cabinets in the kitchen I rather have a big walk-in pantry not one of my favorite houses at all
Too many faults. No coat closet anywhere near the front door, get rid of that ship lap, that useless study. redesign. And the metal wall accents? Another negative. Yes, they can be left out. And the master bath is a tremendous waste of space. Crikey! It's bigger than one of the bedrooms. And the butler's pantry? Pointless. While the porch is inviting, it's not worth it with all the other redos. This is a big no.
This home is very beautifully laid out. Great organization and family friendly. By far, my favorite.❤❤❤
I love this home.
I REALLY LOVE THE WAY THIS HOME IS SET UP EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE I LIKE EVERYTHING IS NOT WIDE OPEN ITS KINDA SEPARATED.❤❤
WOW!!!
Very beautiful trailer
Love the blinds in the doors.
LUV it.

you show some beautiful homes thank you
You are so welcome!
One of my favorite homes. I don't think I'd change anything.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Beautiful master bath. Love it

Beautiful home
Thank you for including the price
Beautiful master bath 🛁 ❤
😊omg like it all
Thanks
Love it feels really big
It is so nice
I like.
Beautiful home I would add a pantry and get rid of that shower tower and put the works in that bathroom and a bench. In the kids bathroom I would put the works in there tub shower combo and of course my pot filler
Beautiful. Wouldn’t change anything! My favs the porch & master bathroom.

Love the separate Butler's pantry and separate desk area. Especially like the master suite. Would rather have a tile back-splash then the shiplap. Nice home.
I like carpet in all the bedrooms.
Love everything about this one!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Nate, tell your son I said hello and he will be a great showman like his dad.I love the big porches.I could get a swing and be out there year round .
Love the master bath BUT, why do alot of these homes but windows near the tub? Beautiful kitchen. Thank you for the tour!
When it comes to the closets in the master and the kids bedroom I would of like it if they went the whole length of the wall in both rooms and divide the width in half so it was equal with between both rooms.
Combine the 2 closets into one and make a bigger one in the other bedroom
Awesome tour Awesome home, if I could change anything I would lose that little bit of front porch and add an office off the dining room.
Cabinets need handles or knobs.I would love to see a 4 bed 2 + bath.

I noticed the cabinet too looked past it when I saw the sturdy closet clothes wooden bar & not cheap metal.
Thanks for your tip.
Would like to take you with me when I get ready to go house shopping. Do you notice things that I would probably overlook

@@heartofchocolate9433 I saw it also. Good materials or not, crappy craftsmanship can spoil the deal! Once you spot 1 thing wrong, look for others!
The laundry room is great as is but I might add in a laundry sink where the open area is.
There is nothing about this home that I would change. It has all my favorites. The kitchen is not staring you in the face. When you walk in, there is space in the laundry for a freezer, and it has linen closets in both bathrooms. All my favorites.
Upper cabinets that tall should have a minimum of 4 shelves and always be adjustable.
It is not a back door when it is at the front of the house! 😂
Like this…a lot! Just needs coat closet near the front door! 😄
The Butler Pantry Needs cabinets.
The windows in the master bath are so you can show everyone everything they're voyeur windows
Nice…. Whom ever did this home really put some into that kitchen. Love the details. 👍🏽👍🏽
Like the home but I would like more if there is a back door in the kitchen
WOW 😮😮 I think this home is my favorite out of all the homes I’ve “toured” with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That island is gorgeous! I couldn’t believe the size of the master bath.
Love this home. Love the big porch and love love the master bathroom.
That's exactly like the Clayton Homes Lula Mae that you've already reviewed
Similar yes but still different.
Beautiful Home with well thought out extra touches. Great tour I wouldn’t have known if you didn’t point them out. Great home & tour. Thanks Nate 🖐🏼Hello Raiden 😊

Nice Layout but not enough outlets.
I love this home, study area for me would be a storage closet and the barn doors and tub would have to go. ❤ From Boston
This home is truly beautiful. Nice tour. Great price!

So pretty. Love it!
Nice, huge home😊
I do love this home Nate, the only thing I might change is the countertops in the kitchen. Not a big fan of wooden countertops myself. Great job Nate.

All I can say is, wow. If that's a base model, I wouldn't need to upgrade anything except the barn doors in master bath to regular double doors .
Love the layout, but no fan of the farmhouse look. I would do something other than wood and tin.
Which if any, modular home manufacture serves Delaware in the min~Atlantic area?
Not sure on that one, I haven't looked in that area yet. I have mostly been in the PNW and North Carolina and Texas so far. I plan to hit every state at some time though.
Where’s the microwave?
There isn’t a built in microwave, but I would buy a countertop model and put it in the butler’s pantry.
Nice home with a good layout. The smaller bedroom with the closet middle of the wall should be relocated to the otter wall to give more room inside. Then the master bedroom makes one large closet. The guest bathroom closets were too deep to add had pull out drawers or shelves.
Who were you chewing out, out side ??
He was just jokingly telling the cars driving by that they were being too loud.
Love the primary bedroom and bath, but need a real pantry and larger closets in the other bedrooms. Why don’t these builders put in a real linen closet instead of the narrow cabinets. They do not work for fluffy towels!
Why add a cheap free-standing tub to a large beautiful bathroom?
You could option in a differnt style of tub.
Total miss on the master bathroom not having a bench in the shower.
Barn doors are no longer in style. Would definitely get rid of them.
Beautiful Home .....but PLEASE STOP putting the tub in front of the windows !

You need to get rid of the music
