I absolutely really love the layout of this place. I really love that chimney, kitchen with the different cabinets colors, and the back porch. I like that black going around the windows as well. I never seen that before. This is a farmhouse look, which I love.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is the first home I’ve seen with a half bath for guests! Love the layout throughout. Utility room could be bigger and with a sink. Yay for a coat closet. Backsplash in kitchen needs to be changed to something brighter. Replace all the wire racks. This is definitely one of my favorites.
I like the fact it has a nice fire place but the dinning room looks bigger than kitchen.
DeerValley homes never disappoints. This home is beautiful, I just wish it had a separate living area. Beautiful none the less ❤
Love Deer Valley homes! Saw this home online but layout was different. I agree with your comments about DR Horton homes.
Hardwood everywhere. I have pets with all their assorted issues. I can always add a large throw rug that I can drag outside to the carwash it is gets muddy, pukey, poopy, etc. Can't do that with wall to wall.

Lovely home. I really like the floor plan. It gives a regular home feel.
The kitchen changes would be a regular hood vent and put the microwave somewhere else. I do wish the heat/air vents were in the ceiling. Thanks for showing this home! 😊
Any chance of you finding any homes that are more traditional? Love the wood cabinets yet not the "farmhouse" style or black island, or fixtures. Would like to see some light blue on the walls and maybe Carrera marble look with a new white traditional sink and light color back splash. With a real wood burning fireplace, just a thought. I'm considering selling mine and buying new. Of course need no wire shelving. floor plan was good.

Also why does all carpet look not stretched enough in a mobile home/modular house? I am looking to take a dive into one this year since concrete block and wood homes are insane money and I am paying $3300 for rent for a 3/2 apartment about 1100 sq ft with two detached 1 car garages..
Move the shitter into the living room too and its a complete one stop shop
I don't like dark cabinets or stone on the fireplace. I like light and bright. Don't like the counter tops either. I guess all that can be changed.
