This double wide is called the "Cottage Farmhouse" and it offers things in a home I've never seen!! The manufacturer for this house is Palm Harbor Homes. The model for this home is the "Cottage Farmhouse." This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,387 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Now, THIS is what I'm talking about! Newlyweds, single adults, young couples with 1 child, and ME, a retired widow that needs/wants to downsize but still live in a nice home! This is a beautiful option. Love the design, layout, the office area that could double as a play room. Plenty of space in the kitchen and dining area. No pantry, but I could live with that. Perfect! Thanks for showing this, Chance.
This is a really cute home!! I got the notification on my phone, my granddaughter was asleep. I decided to let her sleep so I watched it on my phone instead of turning off her cartoons. Well Chance this two yr old heard your voice and popped her head up and yelled “See!” Chance she’s definitely a fan!!!

And I agree it's perfect for a single person, but maybe okay for a retired couple. Soooooo expensive for a home that size (approx 1300 square ft)

yeah, wire racks are my kryptonite. Never had one stay up for me. They usually end up falling apart or out of the wall and when they do, it takes a lot of plaster with it.
They all fall off. Unless you just put a napkin on it.
This is an amazing home the only change would be the cabinet in the utility room should be a sink really enjoyed this tour

That master backsplash tile in the bathroom very pretty. The way they spaced out 2 rows in the shower was stunning. Nice layout. Nice home. The ability to laugh at yourself is a gift. God gave it to me cuz he knew I’d be needing it. ❤️your personality.

This is the perfect home for retirees and snow birds. It has everything you need with a splash of style and more square footage than most 2 bedroom condos. Although this farmhouse/industrial trend is over now. When ordering a new home its in your best interest to avoid trends.... the fake galvanized bits is something you will tire of quickly. You'd have to find matching siding to finish the exterior wall off. Inside you may find it glued to the walls. The wall behind it may not have any sheet rock. Or no texture if it is covered. Keep the home simple. Lights, paint, and decore are easily swapped out when trnts change. Always upgrade your countertops if financially viable. It can actually be more affordable to do so when ordering a new home. In many cases you may be able to get some other upgrades included when ordering the big ticket upgrades. Of course this is dependent upon many factors..... ie end of year, the dealership, lot closeouts they'll do anything to sell, and even the sales man or woman's mood. Seriously!!
I wouldn't be surprised if orders of 40 to 90 units comes in every few months for new 55 and better parks/detached condo projects across the country. They're really a perfect home. Narrow lots work best to maximize the development site and reduce costs. A fantastic home with great curb appeal.
If I were ordering this home I would move the entry into the den on the left side. This is only because I always sit at the dining table for all meals. Therefore a proper dining room is a must for me. With the entry door next to the table it makes the room feel more like a breakfast room.
I am seeing corner moldings all over the place. Is this home made of paneled walls?

Like the barn doors leading into the office area! These Palm Harbor homes look well made but....here it comes....😂 Except for the wire racks in the closet's. I have 3 grown son's and your antic's remind me of them. Good job! Stay safe traveling around out there. ☺️
This home definitely has a “Wow” factor.
I'm generally not into double wides as they are usually too big for my needs. However, this is a very comfortable size. Yeah. I like those cabinets, too, Chance! I like it! Thanks!

Lot of retired seniors move to Florida or have vacation homes they go to during the harsh winter months. This would be a perfect home for them.

Love the porch,love the flooring in kitchen and especially the counter top on the island. The sliding doors on closet is really smart to keep from wasting space on door swing,good job young man keep having fun with it !!
The set up of this house is absolutely phenomenal. It's perfect for 3 people.
This is a very nice two bedroom home. It is very homey and it would be very nice in those winter months.

Chance, I do love the Palm Harbor homes. They are beautiful! That home would be perfect for retired people who don’t need 3 bedrooms anymore. I love the decor...the tin is different and pretty. We always get a kick out of you, as the other lady said...I’m so done with politics, this is a treat!

I love the setup, colors and textures of this home. Although it's too small for me and of no soaker tub, it is a great home.

O was wondering what the space under the island could be uaes for. Then an idea dawned on me: my large number of cookbooks!
Hi Chance! Immaculate free from flaws or mistakes; perfect.
Another nice home. I really like the pitch of the roof. Makes it look like it was constructed on site. Overall the home is well laid out. The square footage is well used. A little narrow for my liking. The island is perfect. It really gives the kitchen a pop. The living room is a little tight. I don’t understand the den/reading room. I just don’t seeing used. The noise from the living room would curtail any serious reading. Additionally there is room so I’d up grade the utility room and add a sink. The master is quite cozy. Very nice. So this is a home I’d be pretty happy to live in. Chance I don’t know how you keep finding these great homes but I’m glad you do. 9.5/10.

A nice smaller double wide. Not everyone wants a home 🏡 that has a mile long hall way. I love the tile in the showers. The only thing I would change is of course add sliding glass doors in the kitchen which I would think would be easy to do. ✨
Immaculate means extremely clean and well taken care of, everything in it's place not out of place.

love the flat (no sink) island, can be multi-purpose, and the mb closet is NOT thru the bath, so no moisture gets to clothing. chance, you are possibly the best camera operator - very smooth. love your charm/personality.
