He did that first by stopping Ultron and then later by delaying Thanos' plan (although not stopping it). Just like Stark, Vision was a vital part of the one timeline where they could defeat Thanos.

Banner and the Hulk are two different personalities but for Banner himself to basically say "I can kill you right now and I don't need the Hulk to do it" shows just how pissed off Banner himself was. It's believed that when Hulk and Banner agree on something they become more powerful. Both Banner and the Hulk want to kill Wanda

He appreciated the change of pace, because he felt more like part of the cast actually being on-set as opposed to doing a couple hours of voice work in a recording booth.

@@peanut3791 I think some of them can distract Thor for awhile, if they wanted to, Ironman's repulsor beam can push Thor as seen in the Avengers 2012. Banner can instantly change into the Hulk to punch him if Banner wanted to. Captain America can annoy him with a few hits but gets slapped aside by Thor after. The rest wouldn't be able to do much, Wanda still isn't strong enough in this movie, Quicksilver's down below, and Hawkeye wouldn't be able to do anything and because he couldn't give a fuck about any of it anyway.

Paul Bettany was perfectly cast as Vision. Vision could have easily been bland AF but Bettany brought something ethereal to the character.
Vision in the comics was pretty bland for the most part, giving his android origins, but Paul's vision for sure has some sharp character.
shame they then did nothing with the character, he was potentially one of the strongest superheroes but spent most of his screen time either in a weird relationship with scarlet witch, or losing battles/taking down his own team-mates.

But yeah, in the marvel movies, he had a huge intro, everyone was like, wow he's made completely of vibranium, can phase through solid objects, fly, super reflexes, create energy blasts, has access to pretty much all data instantaneously, has a infinity gem embedded in him enhancing him and can hack almost anything. Probably one of the most powerful and also versatile heroes there is. And then...he's just kinda used as a love interest, and loses in battle to pretty much everyone, takes down his own team-mate by accident paralyzing the guy, and dies shortly after. What a let down, hopefully he does a bit more in the series!

As much as I like Captain America, does Cap ever consider the possibility that he might be wrong from time to time? I know he has a strong set of morals, but he's only human. Plus, Banner had a very legit claim that Wanda couldn't be trusted at that time because she messed with everyone's heads only shortly before.
This is why for most things I side with tony. Civil war is the classic Logical thinker Vs Emotional thinker; Tony bases his decisions more strongly on logic (I.E. going on random missions has caused more deaths due to little prep for the mission and no source of back up, thus we should sign the accords.
Pretty much everything you said here is 100% wrong. It's staggering how you have interpreted the films.

logic/emotional is just there primary process not their whole being, you'd have to a sociopath to ignore your parents death. I think it’s a pretty nice touch that Quicksilver had no idea he was standing on glass, as most people wouldn’t unless you deliberately stood there to look below it. And the time it took for him to realise what the bullet was and what he is standing from was limited by the shatter. Pretty neat

Wow - never noticed that before. Wanda is LITERALLY the first person Vision ever laid eyes on. No wonder he fell in love with her - she's the basis for which he judges all other females.
She also touched him first, while in the incubator and saw Ultron's plan(of destruction) plus they both are connected by/to the mind stone.
Imagine if she is why Vision didn’t turn on humanity?
