I loved this foam rolling routine. There was a huge difference in how those two poses you do at the beginning felt at the end. Especially the pose where you just lie flat. That was quite uncomfortable for me before the routine. It felt wonderful following the routine. Thank you so much. My plan is to do the routine regularly!

NICCCEEEEE!!!! I suffer from fibromyalgia, and boy did this help!!!!!! I noticed my shoulders/middle/lower back were not close to the floor at all in the beginning, and at the end, TOTALLY FLAT!!!! I think this will help my yoga practice as well, as it will work out the kinks before I start! Thanks so much! x

Bless you, Anita, for this fabulous routine! I am an ICU nurse... which requires strength and, even when done properly, sometime leaves my upper back tight and sore. So thankful for the roller exercises to help relieve the tension.

Hey thank you so much - just did it. Loved it a lot. I feel softer, and just an overall easy. It actually felt easier to lie down in savasana! ;) I would love to make this a daily routine, I felt I could easily do this for twenty more Minutes ! Great length though, just enough to see and feel a very nice transition.
