I had a car accident last year and I’ve been trying to get back to my workout routine unsuccessfully. Every time I start working out slowly and gently, something in my body starts hurting. I did a 30 mins Barre session yesterday and today my knee and ankle started hurting. I just did this session and the pain almost went completely away. Thank you!

I am training for my summer hiking season and started having knee pain. That’s no good when you’re a hiker. I did this yesterday for the first time and oh my God! So much better already. I will add this to my weekly routine.

Caroline! I hurt my knees back in feb. Graduated physical therapy in may. Still haven't been able to get back to running which has been so heartbreaking. All summer I kept getting knee pain after increasing my runs. And then my friend told me to do foam rolling. I found this video. I started doing this with your knee strengthening and butt strengthening videos. I have been doing them for 2 weeks and alternating those with my running days, and always foam rolling. I finally was able to increase to full running for 2 days this week and I still don't have knee pain! Thank you so much! I can't believe it's taken me 6 months to heal (WOW!) but I am so grateful that I found you!

Woah! SO good!!! The pinning was such a great reminder to slow down and get the most out of finding those trouble spots. Man, have I neglected my poor quads and hamstrings! 👏👏👏

My knees have been achy from running, biking, and strength training and the tips in this video really did help. Following along with this video really let all the tension go. It's not comfortable while you're doing it, but makes the pain go away. I'm sure after doing this regularly, the exercises in this video will be much easier to complete. Thank you!

I have RA and a sedentary job. Together this causes a lot of knee pain. Soo thrilled to find that using the stick massager on my quads and hamstrings has brought dramatic relief from my nighttime leg and knee pain. Thank you, Caroline!

I’m 25 years old and getting back in shape after having two babies in under two years. I’ve lost 20 pounds in the last three months, which I’m so excited about, but have noticed a lot of knee pain building up over the last couple months as well. I ran across this video and figured I may as well try it…I had NO. IDEA. how tight my quads apparently are!!? It was absolute torture rolling the tops of my legs, so I obviously need to work on this!! 😳😬😅 Thank you for this video, hopefully I can get my legs fixed up! 😆

Several commenters had relief after a single session. It took me longer to get rid of my sore knees, and once they were better it took even longer to release the tension in my quads and hamstrings. I've been doing this daily for over two weeks, sometimes twice a day, and it still hurts like mad every time I roll my muscles, but when I'm not on the roller my legs do feel a lot better. I also am doing some daily stretching and hope to begin some strengthening exercises for my glutes to prevent this from recurring.

Caroline im just now watching this video and it’s been so helpful! but have now realized that I have been rolling my legs incorrectly. As I have rolled straight on my kneecaps before, even going as far as to lay on my stomach and put all of my weight on my knee caps . To the point where it really hurt cause I had a lot of lactic acid in it from workouts But I noticed you said not to roll the knee caps and am now wondering if I could have damaged my knees by doing that? 😩

Oh my gosh, I think this is exactly what I needed! Is it meant to be somewhat painful?
I could feel the area of my knee that hurts while using the roller on my quads which has helped me understand where the pain is originating. Thank you!

I just learned this. Years of pain and I finally realized after getting help, that it was due to my tight hamstrings and quads. The individual quad rolling was so painful, you made it look so easy, but I realize now how tight they are. Your videos on hamstring strengthening and this video in particular have been my go-to's. Thank you so much for sharing.

While doing my quads and roll over towards both my inner thigh and the outer side-I think that’s close to the IT band- it hurts so much I literally holler out in pain!! Is that normal? Full disclosure, I don’t foam roll regularly and I walk around ALOT, barely sit unless I’m sleeping and I am generally active-I go for walks, play volleyball etc.
