  • Hi!
    What have you been up to? It's only been a week since my last video but I feel as if so much has happened in that time. I know many of you have been asking for me to share my stretching routine for a while now so I took the time before my trip to film one for you! It's so important for me to stretch every morning so I can move better throughout the day. Stretching also keeps my muscles flexible and strong so that I am less prone to injuries which happen often when my muscles are tight. I also like to use this time to listen to podcasts like "How I Built This" or "Deliciously Ella"! What are some podcasts you would recommend?
    Stretching with my foam roller is a "non negotiable" even when I travel, I make sure to bring a foam roller with me. I will link the one I use below - I love this one in particular because it travels well and collapses flat to save room so it's the perfect foam roller for when you're on the go.

    Painful yet the best stretch I've had. Also learned I've been foam rolling incorrectly and learned some great movements and why they're benefica. Love that I am constantly learning from sanne's videos.

    I just tried this stretching, and I am deeply obsessed with using a foam roller for stretching from now on. Such an intense but effective and nice way of stretching. I highly recommend everyone to try it!

    Wow. I just tried this out and the pain in the tight spots made me feel sick. Like, needing to vomit. And I thought "what's wrong with me, this is just a bit of pressure, how tight are my muscles??" but I held the pressure, and after 20-30 seconds the pain went away. I needed this video so bad. And I need to repeat it regularly. Especially the last part opened up my shoulders like nothing else I've tried. Thank you for this amazing video!

    This Video came at the Perfect Time. Was planning on buying a foam rollar today. I have a big dance competition this coming weekend, and wanted a foam rollar to roll out my muscles. Really wish you would film daily videos. A week is too long to wait.😍

    This video inspired me to als try this EVERY DAY consistently. What foam would you recommend sanne?
    I have reuma and raynaulds syndrome and I think this would really help with my pains.

    This was extremely helpful for me.. I have so many trigger points due to a back injury some years ago and now moving much last year during COVID.
    I’m back into my running and resistance training and had one of these sitting at home barely used.
    I’m doing your routine every day from now on but damn it’s brutal. 👍😖❤️

      @@SanneVloet I’ve been to a physiotherapist and she told me I’m not aligned after slipping my lower back disk playing Squash four years ago. Ive done your stretching for the past couple of days and it made me so sore and I had all these points all over my body. I’m thinking it’s because I have areas I’ve never stretched before.
      I’ve started running 4K and resistance training so this will be a godsend and hopefully I won’t have to see a physiotherapist too often .
