Hi all,
I'm back with a Full body Pilates workout! I just recently found this amazing studio that has really good energy. Have you ever felt the difference in doing a workout in a space that just feels right compared to a space with no good energy? Personally I feel such a big difference and I love this space! I hope you can tell!
Anyway, this intense full body workout is a mix of a little bit of everything. No equipment needed but you can always add light ankle weights for an extra push if you'd like.

Your pilates is the best! I felt capabale but challenged!!!! It was great. The only thing i would recommend is maybe music that is a bit more mellow? I have high sensitivity and in this workout it kinda bothered me. Other than that it was great! Thank youuu
