    As I continue to apply these practice my range of motion on my RH shoulder gets a little better each time. I am now using the tune up balls for sitting. I sit on them right on the sitting bones for coccydynia relief and I found out it works as an instant anesthetic. So many people suffer from this pain. As I research more and more I see millions are afflicted by it. You could show this discovery of mine on a video, Anita. It would help people tremendously. When I sit on the balls, for example, crossed legs on the floor and place the balls right under my sitting bones ( a little balancing is required) it seems like it stretches the connective tissue that is tight around the coccyx bone and is causing the pain. I am now even using this trick in the car, while driving. It works!

      +Cris Hawat What a wonderful discovery! Nothing like when you let your intuition guide the balls in the right direction!! Those balls are magic 👍💗

    So I finally got to it! 4 months after I saw it for the first time. My upper back must be very messed up because I could barely stand the pain of the pressure of the balls into my back. I stayed on them very little time and I'm going to try to commit to come back to it every day until I can do what you are doing in the video. Let's see if my shoulder/arm pain goes away! Something's gotta give!

      +Cris Hawat I had a feeling and you had mentioned your upper body being so tight from one of the upper body stretching videos. Have you tried this foam roller upper body video? czcams.com/video/DkGY8CqJo9A/video.html I’ll be making another one with you in mind. Watch this space 🙏💕

    that is REALLY funny - you never know what you might find on youtube, ha ha ha. i've had so many funny moments with incorporating these yoga tune up therapy balls into clients programs. all i say is: in life the more balls you have the better, that's my philosophy :-) my husband is a HUGE soccer fan, but insists on calling it football and not soccer in america :-)

    Jill does not focus on her feet in this video, but she sits in an incredible position for the feet almost the whole time !!!!!!!!!!!! Displaying not only flexibility in the plantar region but
    foot strength not to be topped !

    at the levator scapula (she showed this area in the beginning of the video) basically between the outer shoulders and spine start from the top and move down each side of the (the space you rest at in a shoulder stand, if you are familar). the YTU therapy balls are life savers. i hope this helps and that it will give you relief! :-)

  • @AnitaGoaWellBeing
    @AnitaGoaWellBeing  Před 11 lety

    yes you are right, they look the same, but the YTU therapy balls are not as hard and they have a very good grip to them. no pressure to buy, but you will notice the difference if you were to try both of them. thanks for comment.

    HI Anita, I'm in Australia and it seems like it will take more than $45 only for the shipping cost to get it ship to Aus, do you know if you guys have any suppliers here in Aus or any other way of reducing the shipping cost at all? Thanks!

    Is this safe to do on your own? I was trying my best to follow along but not sure I got placement correct. For the last one is it bad if my jaw made a clicking popping noise?

    • @AnitaGoaWellBeing
      @AnitaGoaWellBeing  Před 10 lety

      Shannon Albers always be aware of what you are doing. this is not dangerous stuff, but i always ask students to use time to get to know their tension and how much pressure to put on. you want your tension to release, not get tighter so you have to relax into it. the clicking in your jaw sounds like a lot of tension there or elsewhere around neck/shoulders. don't press hard, go slow and gentle and notice what happens over time. if you don't feel comfortable doing it, don't do it. use your own intuition. please keep me posted on how it goes. cheers :-)

    Ha-ha-ha. Great video! but the real reason I click on the link is because I misread the title; I tought it said "Release tension in your balls therapy" ha-ha-ha. I was like "this should be interesting" Sorry I watching a soccer game and checking my emails. The video is great, I will try it. : )

    Hi Anita :) I'm a massage therapist, and I believe your sucking muscle is actually your Buccinator. The masseter is responsible for chewing/clenching activities of the tmj. :) Also, where would a canadian be able to find these massage balls?

    • @moylanryan1742
      @moylanryan1742 Před 6 lety

      Buccinator is for blowing. Massater elevates the mandible.
