1998-2002 Honda Accord 2.3 VTEC code P0118 engine coolant temperature sensor, bad wiring?

Need to fix code P0118, engine coolant temperature sensor. Have you ever experienced this problem?

Looks like the one I have with original motor; 2002 Honda Accord.
I’ve changed fuel pump, plugs, and plug wires.
Will crank and run for a moment and the runs rough and quits.
Was that the problem you were having?

how did it end up after you changed it... I have a 1999 accord with both of the temp sensors broken.. let me know please

I actually just got that code not too long ago but it went away now all of a sudden my cooling fans aren't working

Yes I’m still dealing with the same problem. I only have one fan working.
