For those in a hurry- do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach preferably in the morning, but if you can't do it in the morning, do your cardio after your gym session in the evening and most important thing- maintain a calorie deficit diet.

I don't agree. Guru Mann is a good person but not in fitness for advanced athletes. Gaurav is best for advanced athletes and no 2 I think is abhinav mahajan when it comes to nutrition. Abhinav sucks in excersise. Jeet is good for basic and mid level athletes

Thatswhy i train in the morning. I have lost huge amount of belly fats in just 1 and half month. I wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water and after that a cup of coffee and than go to the gym. Great video dude 👍

Im 35. Its getting difficult - more and more each year. I lost 4 kilos this year and man it has been such a difficult task. Need to do diet without cheat days + no roti + no toast + no beer (more than 2 a week not allowed) + working out 4-5 days a week cardio intensive functional. FML.

Hello Gaurav , intense depth of knowledge you have on nutrition and human body functions. Kudos for sharing it. But how good is crossfit over the normal gym routines ? It involves a lot of compound and functional movements. How good or bad is it for the joints or is it better effective in burning fat ?? An opinion from you is much appreciated.

Have one question though. If I do any exercise on an empty stomach, I suffer from acidity n followed by headache throughout the day. What is the solution? Right now am eating n doing workout after one hour. Is it ok?
