    Approximate highlights below
    1. Dont create huge diet deficit when cutting fat. Maintain deficit of around 300Cals
    2. Cheat once in two weeks(Biryani :D) to reset digestive system
    3. Eat more healthy fats and burn it .
    4. Mixup your fat workouts so that your body will effectively burn the fats

    Bhai, I have been following your channel for a long time from the US. What an amazing content, education and entertaiment! Bow down! I wish I had started serious lifting in my early 20s. 37 now, started serious lifting 3 years back (home workouts otherwise with not much variety). Gains have been pretty good but I can only imagine how good they would have been in my 20s.

    hi pranjal with due respect, mene padhi aap ki comment regarding Tarun Gill. yaar sach kahu to Gaurav is not here to earn. his goal is totally different, he just want to spread right knowledge. Me khud ek trainer hoon, i have done lot of courses and bohot. bade bade coaches ki books bhi padhi hai even padhta hoon. yaar sach me Gaurav Jo kuch bhi CZcams pe share karte hai. sab kuch bilkul sahi hota hai. for eg iss video me bhi Jo unhone cheat meal ki baat ki wo bilkul sahi hai.

    I reduced my calories to 1500-1800 calories, did weight training everyday and got reduced from 83kg to 68kg in 3 months with lean muscle

      @@raxonn easy, meat n eggs protein , bananas for carbs, vegetables, Yogurt, no bread, no sugar, reduced portions of rice .
      It's simple, by avoiding grains and sugar, wait can be reduced drastically.

    mera weight 105 kg tha and Maine wo 18 din me 98.2 kg pe laya with 6 days a week cardio+gym
    you don't have to do too much gym. diet proper hona chahiye fir apneaap weight loose hoga. my diet
    two apples before half an hour of gym schedule
    then after gym egg white, mosambi juice without sugar , diet chiwda, then for lunch 4 chapati and sabji , no potato, no white bread, no sugar, no samosa and vadapaw,no rice , only chapati bhaaji and dal and afternoon some fruits not too much. for dinner 3 chapati and sabji (no potato) and dal. and then after dinner walk for 1 km so that you don't feel heavy and coldrinks mat Pina Sabse jyada sugar rahta hai .
    I do cardio for 30 min and crunches and rod for belly fat for 10 min . and gym not too heavy because it's my third week and i m really happy with my results

      I am also on fat loss program i was 109 kgs now i am 92 kg my diet is like take
      6am:lemon, ginger,cinnamon lukewarm water
      10am: oats
      12pm:orange and apple
      2pm: 2 chapatis and lowfat sabji
      4pm:lemonade
      5pm: 1 banana
      8pm: green salad
      10:30pm triphala churna
      But sometimes my weight fluctuates increases and decreases

      replace chapati with rice.... 100gm rice will fill your stomach but 100gm chapati will not. also Wheat has more amount of carbs

    I instantly jumped from 3000-35000calories to 1500to1700calories . That's why I don't fell Hungary even when I shifted to 1200to1300calories.
