But, I went through in an article that for ectomorph guy it's the carbohydrate that their body consumes pretty rapidly so their carbohydrates intake should be much comparing to other somatotypes!! Could you please make one video for ectomorph guys would be intake for carbs:protein:fat. That could have been really helpful

I did the same mistake..... Initially i was 58kg in 2013, n touched 94kg by december 2014...... Later on it took 1year to reach 71kg.... Now, i do lean bulking, and do 2 cheat meals a week, n rest of the week, i eat totally clean......

Hello sir. Your all videos are so much informative. I am suffering from cancer i.e papillary carcinoma of thyroid (follicular type). Surgery had done on 7th of feb. Now I am on radiation after every three months. Malignancy has spreaded a bit in my lower left rib. I want to start doing workout. I asked my doctor. He didn't deny though. 3:2:1 (Carbs:Protien:Fats) 500-1000 Calories surplus
Once a week Cardio ( Not intense, depend on your need )
Eat A lot of Vegetables, Fruits
Take fish oil supplement
Take Creatine
Take Pre workout or a Spoon of Coffee with water
Take the shit out yourself in GYM
Do Heavy compound movements everyday.
( Follow this, Don't think much. People are into bodybuilding even before all these CZcams and science Came in, I'm not saying stop making these videos, I love Gaurav sir videos and much appreciate it but somehow I feel adding this much detailed science in everything make it too complicated for people, they started to take it as a hard to do stuff. So, Please try to understand my comment. Just do it, Pick up your ass and remember few points. Nothing to worry about, Just go into the gym and do a good workout. Try to get the good source of protein out of supplements. Increase your appetite instead of having 2 scoop of Protein, It's fun guys, Workout and everything let's let it be fun and don't indulge this much science in it. Yep things like what not to do videos are much appreciated, I too learn things from it. So, Just Do It. Fixing a 6 month routine and continuation is hard, So work on that not to remember these much points )

That Peanut butter thing is truth guys . Let me tell you the brand names Funfoods and sundrop both are cheap peanutbutters and these are the only peanut butter available in market . I order peanutbutter from myprotein and noticed the same thing what he told. peanut butter has a layer of oil on it and whenever you have to eat you have to mix it .
