Please make a video on should injury. How to get rid of should pain. Im unable to even lift the inclined bar for above 6 months. This is hampering my shoulder and my chest workout. Any shoulder related workout hurts bad. Do suggest something.

Sir , I really needed this video as i got injured from deadlift last month . And till now i am struggling ..... I got solution now 😅. Btw timing is also damn perfect as I am going to hit back today only.
Give rest to ur body for atleast 5-6 months if u want to recover properly otherwise u will struggle for long time
Yeah man my back was injured somewhere around January I stopped deadlifting and started again in August just do some back strengthening stretching and properly warm up ur lower back it’ll help a lot
