I started gym after Feb 2019 lockdown. Till now I was doing under personal trainers only but never learnt about forms, breathing techniques. But now before I joing gym I wanted to do gym myself. The moment I open youtube and saw your video trust me I kept in mind all yours instructions and learnt lots of things. And I found Excersice which I always use to find difficult are seems to be easy. I concentrate on forms rather than weight.
Can you please make video on lying legcurl? I always feel stretch on my lower back or in calves but not in hemstrings

badam 100g mongphali 150g oats rolled 150g bhuna howa chana 200g cocoa powder 50g milk powder 100g koi company k le lena cocoa or milk powder. coffee 50g in sabko sath mai blend kr lene or air tight bottle mai save krlo. daily use kro 2 table spoon milk k sath lo 250ml.

i wanted to ask.. one thing some people say that the bicep size decreases if you are performing bicep tricep exercises on the same day...!! is it true???????/
