Crunches can be very easy to do..
I would suggest hollow body crunch to make crunches harder and it even includes lower abs and is safer than normal crunches 😇😇
The best exercise for core strength and abs will be
1. Squats
2. Farmers walk/ carry
3. Standing millitary press

Idk why but for me mountain climbers are the best exercise ! It just hits different I love getting out of breath feels good my stamina also increased a bit and I am sure it's because of mountain climbers always do those exercises where you're using most of the body so you'll be more flexible other than that much love brother very knowledgeable content 🙌🏻
