I am 39 ..was very interested in body building from my teen days .had shoulder injury...so couldn't work out fir more then a month in an year...saw a video of guru maan..that helped me a lot to avoid shoulder injury...now i do not have time but still try to get to the gym 3-4 days a week..and that motivation goes to you...learnt a lot of things...thnks buddy..

Video ko start krne se pehle mujhe laga isme se 2 chije to aap explain krenge - proper stretch kro or dusra proper contract kro bcz mene bhot videos dekhe hai is se pehle jo tips k naam pe faaltu point batate hai ....everybody knows proper range of motion, stretching, contracting etc is important....but aapne video me kuch hatke bataya jo sach me bhot helpfull tha ....big fan and proud to be ur subscriber bhai 😎
