Bhai, somebody please tell me what should i do if my gym is so small and crowded that after each set i have to wait for at least 5 other guys to do theirs, further the wait increases as guys in the extremely close machine has to do his another exercise? Only the costly gyms (> rs 400 ie 2000)have this kind of space .. and freedom...

Yo....! Explain please what is the exact form of doing the exercises. If I do it with correct form without increasing weight but choosing my supportable weight and increasing number of sets and decreasing gape timing between alternative set then is it will be good for me or I have to increase my weight after each set complete and forcefully complete my number of set without proper form that will be better? Answer it with logic.
