    This is the best program to begin with I tried this program myself got great results went from 52 kg to 63 kg in a year
    Program sequence I followed are
    1) 5x5
    2) pure mass
    3) mass up ( phase 1)
    4)mass up (phase 2)
    5) lean mode (since I am skinny fat type)

    Jabardast oo bhai ap. Reality m bhai mne ek Month. Nd 7 days m 72 kg se 63. Hogya jabardast exercise. Nd apka jo diet chart aa. Uska toh koi jawaab nae.

    Hello Mann sir, I was also a trainer in one of the best gym called Golds Gym & I also followed the same workout as ou followed in your program and teach other the same but I found some new compound excercise in our program that help me to improve my fitness far better.     Morning-3 glass water
    Brown bread-peanut butter with 2 glass milk
    With cheese or tofu
    Oat meal
    Roti
    1 hour before gym- 2 boiled potatoes and soya been
    Protien shake after gym
    Roti after one hour
    After 30 mnts a glass of milk with nuts
    Sir pls tell me is this. Correct or not
    I live in canada and my schedule is very busy so can u pls suggest me a proper veg diet plan for whole day

    Can you help me with proper warm up exercises which is really important and most of the gym experts forget to explain the warm up and stretching exercises (pre and post workout) that needs to be done before workout.     can we change the schedule into 6*4 that means 4 sets of 6 reps first 3 with normal increment and last with Max increase?

    Hello Guru Mann Sir, All Trainer tells about the fitness and nutrition plans, but only for people who work in day time, but what about those who works in Night shifts at office 6 nights a week and almost whole year, i checked all your videos, on both channels, but there is no video for us who work in night shifts, we also want be fit, even we need more fitness than the people those working in day shifts, please design some Fitness and nutrition program for night lifers.

    Hello Guru sir, I am following all ur gym exercises , I am a beginner I've spent about 3-4 months daily in a gym. I've a question to ask; There is so wide gap between my chest muscles ,jaise regular fitness maintain Karne wale bando ke chest hote he mere waise nahe he I mean it's different than it has to be ,so I'm confused whether I'm doing right chest workout or not ? Plz reply me solve my query. ( The gap width between chest muscles is about first 2 fingers first and middle)
