    1-2 warmup set
    1. Chest press 3set - each set has 12 to 15 rep.
    Rest for 1 min
    2.pec Dec fly - 3 set with 12-15 rep
    Warmup set now
    3. Inclined dumble press- light dumbells
    (inhale when taking load and exhale when release)
    4.cable fly
    Is it for first day in gym
