      Teenager ke liye free hand exercise or regular koi bhi sports more than enough hai. Baki Daily meal ke sath protein ka quantity bara lo. Itna bohot hai. Abhi parhai karne ka time hai, fitness ka nahi plus in sab mein paise bhi lagte hai.
