    Pre workout - Egg white (30 min before),
    Cafine (15 min before),
    Food (1 hr to 1hr 30 min before)
    Post workout - Whey Protein,
    Egg white (no yolk),
    Fruits
    After 1 hr - Vitamin meal
    Like- Fish , Chicken, Roti

    Preworkout
    1) banana and egg whites (1 hr before)
    2) better to take green tea or black coffee 20 min before
    Postworkout:-
    1) instant meal egg whites and any fruit or supliment
    2) large meal after some time

    Sir, I take whey protin after 5 to 10min of workout done & after take whey i eat chicken after 30mins.
    is this okey ?

      Take whey protein within 40 mins of workout and chicken and some carbs aftr 1-2 hours, bcaz that's a complete different meal, dont eat immediately bcaz ur body needs some tym to digest the whey protein, dont overload urself

    Sir I am suffering from frozen shoulder.. I love doing gym... Every time I start work out I feel like someone is pulling my left shoulder.... I checked with my doctor he said it is the starting stage I did one month physiotherapy pain go reduce little still I cannot lift heavy like 1 kg for long... Please suggest me

    I am 47 year old female, trying loosing fat. I workout in a Gym in the evening. I have following questions:
    (1) Should I take plain water during exercises and glucose water after workout? I feel very thirsty during exercises.
    (2) After workout I take fruit only? Can I take a cup of warm milk and a boiled egg white?
    (3) Can I eat daal, salad and 1 roti in dinner, an hour later?

      Shobhana Sharma you can keep drinking water while working out just dont drink at once try sipping water ever 10 minutes .
      after workout avoid milk if you are losing fat you should have 1-2 egg whites or whey protein would be best .
      dinner which you have mentioned is perfect just avoid eating oily / heavy dinner . salad , daal roti is perfect

      It takes years not months dude. Keep working out for 6 months and check yoruself after that. And dont forget to workout with a partner. Pick heavy weights like pyramid formula. Lowest to highest and then highest to lowest. Enjoy your workout. Enjoy every rep. Dont get fed up or dont give up. Workout until rep failure. Mazay se game lagao or enjoy karo. 6 months baad youll be badass guy with big muscles. 2 months is nothing. Swear. 6.months proper.

      Take proper diet to bulk up bro. Gym is just 20 percent. 80 percent is diet. If u maintain proper diet u will definitely see changes.

      (Milk, banana and oats )shake after workout out, have this shake twice a day and thick rice and daal meal(daal chaawal) (can add paneer in it). Start eating one cheese paneer sandwich as well

      Many scientific researches have shown that muscle protein synthetic rate (MPS) is elevated in humans by 50% at 4 hrs following a heavy resistance training, and by 109% at 24 hrs following training. So the anabolic window is much bigger than you think. Assuming that we require protein immediately after workout for better recovery is purely a broscience concept. We cannot say that if we get enough protein & carbs immediately after workout we're going to recover better. It has to do with what we consume throughout the day. If we consume enough protein throughout the 24hr window we will recover better
