      @@himatankasala8531 He is saying that you cannot go empty stomach for cardio in morning as you will loose muscle as well as fat , so in order to protect muscle from loss its good to have BCAA 5gm atleast or 5 egg white "45-50 min prior to your schedule cardio" or one scoop of whey protein in water 200 or 220 ml "45-50 min before" .

      He said that if order to save your muscle from going away due to fasted cardio you need to bring your body from catabolic to anabolic mode and coffee can't do it. Only protein can

    Thank You for such an extensive support, you have really inspired me to get into my best shape.
    I'm a vegan and majority of your diet includes supplements or non-vegan stuff(like eggs, meat etc.). I would really appreciate if you could let us know what to do when this kind of situation occurs. A significant number of population is vegan and we all face this issue.       Its totally on your choice brother. But working out in morning should be avoided. Because, we are on fasting throughout night, upto 7 to 8 hours. So, there is much more chances of getting in catabolism during morning workout. So, jogging and light cardio in morning.. and weight training at evening.

    Bro im ur fan ... bt i think body frstly prefer targeting acumulated fats for calories to wrk out.... if there is no absorbed glucose in our blood...as in fasting stage... so muscl tagetng comes next aftr fats for enrgy to wrkout

Therefore, i first started loss fat program and now after losing 17 kg now i started muscle strengthning and shape of muscles by training of my gym trainer and now i started taking of whey protein.     Thanks..Guru Maan.. I just came across to your videos and got lot of nice informations. Well I have been doing cardio for more than 6 months about 90 minutes around 12 km. I lost 24 kg but got very week.. I wasn't intaking way protein or let say amino acid. Anyway thanks for advising..will start from tomorrow indeed. Could you please also let us know that what do we eat after workout.
    At this moment intake way protin scoop after workout and wait one hour to have oats breakfast.. just suggest if any changes is needed.

    we should take prework drink or whey protein as you suggested in the video if we are hitting the gym empty stomach, because in muscular - 8 plan you said to hit the gym with pre workout drink or recommended any whey drink.

    hello sir, thanks a ton for this great info. I have been watching your videos since over a month now and they have given me a lot of knowledge.
    For this video i got a question. The thing is I have developed a good amount of fat around my belly and thighs but I don't workout. I want to ask if I consume BCAA after waking up in the morning and don't do any cardio then is it going to help me in any way. I asked this because when I wake up I leave for my job within half an hour and I don't eat anything till approx. 2pm or 3pm and this giving me a terrible time. I wake up at 9am and come back at 10pm,,,plz answer me if you read this.

      Shani Zs Dear, on the morning I take with empty stomach Garlic and lemonade warm water. and then take breakfast after 30 mins Boiled Egg white 3 with green tea without sugar . and luch only 1apple or cucumber and then daily exercise 10KM minimal. dinner only carrot,orange and cucumber . you will lose 8kg in 1month. I gurantee it

    very touchy subject and different for each person I guess. from what I’ve gathered, human body’s primary function is survival mode. meaning it’ll hold on to fat as much as possible. sort of a holdover from evolution from hunter gatherer period. so if u do cardio on empty stomach, body will burn muscle to get energy if it detects stomach is empty. best thing I would say is have a little breakfast like few eggs or cereal 45 mins or so before cardio. that protein amino acids might do the trick too. I don’t think a light to medium intensity walk would make a difference either way.

    If u take protein before cardio u will burn the protein not your body fat so its better to do cardio on empty stomach and take your protein in the night

      lol how do you know that guru mann knows more than me? and it is just logic because if you workout on an empty stomac you will burn the energy that you body has saved (from you body fat) if you eat anything you are burning the energy that you just consumed so you are not using you body fat storage! thank you

      DIYs and fitness but as he said if you are hungry for like 8 hours your body is in catabolic state and doing cardio will burn more energy which will definately lead to muscle loss

      thats why you take protien and no you won't lose muscle if you workout on an empty stomach you should just make sure to take your protein af your workout thats all

      this is total bullshit. i thought this guy GuruMan, was someone genuinely good. but he is Not! he too, along with other fitness people are living in an illusion, constantly fueled by supplements and overrated amounts of protein. 30 minutes cardio in the morning on empty stomach, will NOT break down your muscle protein, even though you fasted for 8-9 hours while sleeping. some natural fitness pros eat only ONE big meal a day, and they build up muscle and lose fat like gods.

    after breakfast im taking multivitamin by muscletech n 1 aswagandha by organic india.after lunch im taking fish oil by muscle tec..n after dinner im taking again 1 fish oil n before sleep 1 aswagandha with milk
